I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now, but today sealed the deal. Feb 7, 2024 I went in our normal two mini's - there was a new gal in there that I have not seen before. Between her and the younger gentlemen, our subs were top notch - extra good this time! Not sure if she is the new manager but she was so nice and the subs were made so well. Each and every time I go in, everyone is soo nice. Fast and excellent quality.

Looks like my review got taken down. What I said was good luck with them remembering to put anything on the side. Either they won't listen and drench your sandwich in oil and vinegar or just forget to give it to you all together. Either way its annoying. $30 on three people is too much to ALWAYS have iy screwed up.

I literally cannot believe the love and care Justin just put into this sub. I wish I had taken a picture it was so beautiful. I got the giant #13 and absolutely demolished it!! Excellent customer service from Carmen (I think that’s her name?? I’m so sorry my memory is bad) as well!! She was super sweet!! They said it’s under new management, seriously give it a shot!! I’ll be back!!!

Well, to start off the place was filthy! And then the customer service was horrible. The guy at the register was totally oblivious on what he was doing, and used the same gloves to take our money, make our sandwiches and several other things. DISGUSTING.Will not be back.

Really good food. The Steak subs are my favorite. It's is very filling. It took a bit of a while to order, but no biggie. The staff is very friendly and upbeat. It's a bit pricey, but the subs make up for it. The subs are huge so I would recommend sharing. Be patient getting in and out of the parking lot, the street is very busy, so have patience. Great atmosphere.

Came here as I was in the area of this store. I will never be back here again. I usually take my food to go but decided to eat inside today as I had some time to waste. Well after ordering I got my drink went to find a table. Well the tables were filthy. So I asked if someone could wipe it down and they told me that they only wipe down tables once an hour and it wasn't time yet. Like seriously, nothing going on and they are just standing around. I couldn't even figure out if there was a manager on duty. Got my sub and they handed it to me with an attitude (assuming because I asked them to do their job). Went to bite into my sub and saw pink chicken. Looking at a previous review, I see this is problem here. I asked for a remake and they said I would have to talk to the GM in order to do so. I asked to talk to them and was told they weren't in at the moment. I asked for my money back and again was told to talk to the GM. I'm like I will just call. The young gentleman goes, good luck. So I left. Got home and tried to call but went to some person that definitely wasn't American. Sounds like they outsourced their phone calls so they don't have to be bothered. Never again will I be back to this location

The half wits at Jersey Mike’s have once again surprised me with their own incompetence and with their company’s extremely poor technology which today caused me to waste the majority of my lunch break. The manager, a little boy with seemingly no greater goals in life other than being a lowly sub maker boss, offered nothing in return for my wasted time.

I love Jersey Mikes Subs. My fiance and I go here pretty regularly. About a month or two ago we got a sub with chicken in it, and after biting into it we saw that the chicken was raw. They escalated this quickly and resolved everything, and we continued going to this location happily as it did not occur again. We thought they took it seriously and decided to start taking extra precautions to prevent it from happening again. I am sad to say that today we got another sub with raw chicken again. This is honestly such a hazard as chicken should be cooked thoroughly. I will say I love everything about Jersey Mikes, but I recommend going to a different location until this one learns about food safety.
