The staff here were so friendly and nice! I have a gluten allergy and when I ordered the gluten free bread they asked if it was allergy or preference, and when I said allergy they then prepared it separately in the back to avoid contamination!!! They were so helpful and I’ll be getting many more lunches at this location in the future!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are great!!

Over the past few years, I've become a fan of Jersey Mike's. I usually go for the #9 with no bacon, and it's my go to sub. Even though this locations not my primary one, it was still an enjoyable experience. Walking in, I was greeted and I was able to place my order within a few minutes of being there. My sub came out perfect, and they made my sub perfectly. I always get this sub with no bacon, and that's important to me. The location's clean and seems well maintained. Staff is wonderful and aside from being on Rochester Road, it's a nice change to come here for once. Thank you Jersey Mike's!

Workers were extremely kind, but other than that I don't have anything else good to say. As someone who works with food I work with the motto "make others food as if it's your own". The staff at this location proved to me that our thoughts don't aline. It's one thing to be very busy and rushed to make food, but when I'm one of three people in the restaurant I'd expect you to at least put the slightest care into making my food, but no. When putting the meat on my sandwich it was very sloppy with half of it not even being between the bread. Along with this, the topping were also sloppily plopped on the sandwich, making the whole thing look awful. (Just a little tid-bit, when you rush peoples food it comes off as you wanting to get them the heck out of your store, which isn't a great feeling as a paying consumer). Please don't reach out and try to compensate me. I do not plan on coming back to any location. I probably would've had better luck at subway and that's saying a lot.

Out of the whole pile of bacon I got tiny crumbles on my salad and I even mentioned was that all that I get and he said “yeah 2 pieces” well I got tiny small pieces NOT 2 full bacon. For the money I spend here as a reward member he should’ve heard my comment and made it right.
