This location has gone downhill. The bread was hard and almost inedible. The staff is rude and seems like you’re bothering them. This is too much money for such low quality garbage food.

2nd time being here. It was cold and the crew was listening to grunge like music, louder than the piped in music. The first time it was cold, also. I asked of they had the air on. ‘Yes, we were hot from the rush’. I can in about 2p. Not busy!! Will probably come back for the food, definitely not to dine in. It’s not relaxing.

The staff is EXTREMELY rude! I walked in to an empty store, nobody greeted me. I said hello and they just stared at me. I placed my order and asked for a receipt. The guy behind the counter ignores me. The lady to his right making the sandwiches says it will be on the sandwich. I go to the end of the line where you pick up the sandwich and wait for my food. After about 4 minutes the guy comes down and says that’s yours. At no point, did anyone simply say your sandwich is ready before he came down minutes later. I asked for a bag and apparently, that was an inconvenience. Train the staff on better customer service skills. Especially when you have an empty store!

Horrible service. Don't order online. Don't bother calling, they won't answer. And if you ask why your order says it was delivered when it wasn't, they'll hang up on you after you finally get them to answer the phone. Jersey Mike's and Penn Station aren't too far from this location. I'd suggest them both before this.

After waiting over an hour for my order I called the store, and was told they had a new driver and she wasn't used to the area-- sorry, but no. As someone who delivered for GrubHub for several years, I call BS. This isn't the seventies, we have apps for that.I had to fight for a refund and had to call back AGAIN because the online tracking erroneously said my order had been delivered WHICH IT HAD NOT and I hadn't received an email confirmation of my refund either, which I was told I would get. look, I get the things happen, but for a company that built it's brand on fast delivery, I should have been *alerted* to a delay.

I walk in, and the floor is wet from the mopping. Not an issue usually, however they used some stanky soap. Place smelled like a toilet. And the music was as loud as a Manowar concert. I specifically order a JJ Gargantuan sub combo. The sub was supposed to be 16in. When I got home, it was the 8in instead. My fault for not checking at the store. I called them for clarification. Some which way, the girl tried to convince me a giant sub is bigger than a gargantuan. Huh....so my order was correct in her mind. The website clearly states 16in for a gargantuan size. I give up. Hungry, need to eat. Moral of the story, check your order for accuracy if done online. Don't be a goober like me.
