First time taking the kids to MOD pizza and it was a great experience for them. The staffs were patient with the kids because they were indecisive of what to put on their pizza. The pizzas turned out awesome and I'm surprised they ate all their pizza too.

Group of 5 went for lunch after church. They have a pizza menu with specialty names, or you can just tell them what you want at no extra charge. Food is fresh and definitely hot and right out of the oven. The restaurant seating inside is nothing special but definitely clean.

Did the sauce recipe change? Pretty bland. Crust was chewy vs crispy. Team members didn't know a cheese mod was less than a small cheese even though it's on the menu wall. Meh.

A fun place to bring the kiddo to make his own pizza. Not the best tasting pizza, but I'll come when there's a good promotion. TBH I really come for the Mike's Hot Honey!
We love MUD pizza since we embrace them in our first time in Houston. We came to this location looking for the same quality and priceless service and best experience. Unfortunately, our experience today Dec. 29th 2024 was not good to say the less.We arrive 20 minutes before they close and they didn’t want us to eat the pizza on site. We were told to eat the pizza outside or only for pickup. When I asked why the Manager Colby told me that the place was already cleaned and they don’t want to do it again. Also knowing that we were 2 big family travelling around 1 hour just to get the MUD experience.Bad customer service, bad attitude and worse part. They don’t want to do the extra mile for loyal customers. I will try tomorrow in another location as I don’t think this reflect all branches.Keep the hard work and teach them to learn more about customer service and work the extra mile

This place is very enjoyable when you eat in, but whenever I order through their app, my order is never right. I order a very basic pizza with mushrooms. This is the pizza that they give me almost every time, and when I called to confront them about it they said that this was the "standard amount of mushrooms." A single mushroom on every slice of pizza is the "standard amount?" If a pepperoni person got a single pepperoni and every slice of pizza would that be the standard amount? I don't think so! At least I got my refund and I will never order online only in person.
