Usually they are great, but the last 2 times the food has been very oily and salty. I ordered the egg drip soup and it was SUPER SALTY. the almond boneless chicken was so Oily and they put parchment paper under it instead of lettuce. It was not up to their usual standard.

I don't understand all the glowing reviews. The food isn't bad just... Mediocre?Do NOT get the Crab Rangoons, they're about 85% fried wrapper, it's not worth the money. By far the smallest amount of filling I've ever had in a Rangoon. The egg rolls are bland. The sesame chicken was decent, but not extraordinary like the reviews would have you believe. The whole order also had an odd aroma to it... Possibly old oil? I'm unsure, but I likely won't be back, as just about any other Chinese place in the area is better quality for the value.

Pings makes great carryout cashew chicken and my family loves it. Their pepper steak, however is not good. It has a strange, fatty texture and the sauce is not flavorful.

Throughout the two years this restaurant has quickly gone down hill. Not sure about the raving reviews current people are writing about, but since the New Year 2024, there are new people handling the restaurant. We order at least once a month and found our orders have been incorrect. We like to give new people the benefit of doubt and keep hoping for an improvement. But when brought to the staff's attention, they are rude and inconsiderate and wait time is inconsiderate for their mistake. Not even an apology. During the summer, we had the experience of waiting two hours for our order. We were told only 20 minutes. As we were waiting for our order, we noticed bugs on the counter with flies swarming around the "pick up area" counter. Pings really needs to "clean up" their business. The price of their food has increased to the point considering the customer service, it's just worth the trouble.

The food made me sick when I bought the chicken combination plate. I threw it up three hours later I knew it looked funny when I opened it up. I still ate it like an idiot..

SO good. Best general tsos I've ever had. The combo in enough for 2 people, the quart is enough for 3. Every time we've ordered take out it's been faster than expected. We have ordered large take out orders and they have gotten it all correct. Highly recommend!
