Went in just to get a bowel of chicken pot pie soup. Took it home and opened it up to find No delicious pie crust crumbles on top. That’s almost the best part. Very disappointed.

Very good food. I ordered many things to try. My son had the turkey and Swiss on multigrain bread and he loved it. I ordered the Cobb salad for lunch the next day and it was delicious. I also had the Italian on multigrain bread and was so darn good. The chicken pot pie soup and broccoli soup were both very filling and perfect comfort food. I'll definitely be ordering again soon.

Their subs were a little smaller than the same size at other sub sites but they were excellent and you did not feel like you were eating a lot of bread ! I tryed 2 different subs and both were great. Fast and pleasant service. It is a very clean and relaxing environment. I don't know if they are all the same but this one was at Livernois and Walton in the Planet Fitness shopping center across from the high school.

Ordered a wreck via doordash. I can't conceive how someone can make a sandwhich so wrong. Ask for a simple Wreck, everything on it except peppers. Plus light aioli. Got bread meat and aioli only, gross. All toppings missing including cheese. Clearly people don't know how to read orders.

I had a simple tuna sandwich on wheat bread, skinny. I was in the mood for this and I was tired of waiting to be seated just next door at Panera. The Rochester location was empty and I don’t understand that. The sandwich was excellent and far better then the vanilla brand of fair served at Panera.The bread had a crunchy submarine length and was a rustic wheat that was baked in the shop. It rocked.I will be back. I like it when on a simple sandwich a place gets the details correct. I ordered mine with onions, lettuce and tomato.Thank you to you folks for a fine sandwich.

Once they got the order right, the food was fine. Staff seemed preoccupied and somewhat aloof. The app is definitely clunky. The atmosphere was like a warehouse. Otherwise, all was just dandy.

Cookies hard like cement. They're supposed to be soft and moist. I've never had cookies from Potbellys before so dry and stale like this. These are 100% expired and no "sell by" date listed. Threw in trash .

I love Potbelly, however this location has messed up too many orders for me to return. The most recent order had one sandwich with mayo instead of mustard and the other sandwich had old, slimy cucumbers (they were turning transparent) and was completely cold. Our sodas were flat too. It seems like this location is always understaffed as well--I usually wait for several minutes just to place my order. Nothing terrible has happened, but this has become a pattern, so I'll opt for Panera next door instead.
