I’m very picky about my Italian food. There’s only a few places I would go to and this is one of them. First time this past weekend and you can tell it’s made right. Can’t wait to go back. I liked that it was loud, but you could still have a conversation. When we were leaving there was a party with music on etc… I swear we didn’t even hear them lol. We walked out laughing like is that room sound proof?!?! perfect for large parties. Great experience.

Food was excellent, but service could have been better.. after meal was served there was no follow up & surprised no one offered to refill an empty glass of wine throughout dinner.

The service was really nice and our waiter and the greeter were great. The live music was a nice touch. The food was pretty decent but the value for money was a bit questionable compared to their local competitors. My wife had cacio e pepe, I had the pasta special (a ravioli dish) and we had two beers. The bill came to $100 which felt quite steep, especially as my plate of 5 big raviolis was $50! $10/ravioli seems difficult to justify. The cacio e pepe was ok, but the sauce had broken a bit and the pasta was quite tough (we lived in Italy for a decade and are big foodies, we're not being picky, this is a fact and I'm not complaining about al dente, this was under-done). My dish was nice but very small and the price stung even more as a result. Also, some maintenance things we noticed, overall needs a bit of a freshen up, chunk missing from a tile by our table with black gunk in it...not a great look, needs maintenance. We had a nice night but I'm trying to give honest and constructive feedback. I hope the owner takes it well as I hesitated to post this after reading some of their negative reactions to other reviews...

First of all the food was great! Service was great. The fuckin band man, wtf!?!? I went with friends for a monthly meet up for dinner. We pick new spots to hit each month. The second I walked in I immediately knew the next hour and half was going to miserable. We had a table half way across from the band, which was situated between the bar area and dining room. The entire time they played it was impossible to have a conversation without completely yelling. Our waiter did his best, but had to repeat himself constantly throughout the night. I don't have issues with live music that is appropriate for the atmosphere. If you are in a tight space and have a 5-6 piece band jamming at concert level at a very nice Italian restaurant- does that make any sense at all!?!? It was like we were trapped in Rob Thomas music video for Cialis! I'm not kidding. If I ever go back, I'll be sure to call a head and make sure there is no band that evening.

I’m really sad. This used to be a favorite. My wife and I went to dinner with a reservation on Valentine’s day, which we expected to be busy and in result to have longer wait times for food than usual. However, we did not expect it to be as bad as it was. We were sitting at our table for 30 minutes without any waiter or waitress coming to our table. We had to flag down who I can only assume was the manager/owner to take our drink orders. During and after that, the waitress for our section proceeded to take the drink and food orders of two tables adjacent to us that were seated 10 minutes after us. After 45 minutes a waiter who was working a different section came to take our orders. We immediately put in our orders for an appetizer and two entrees. Our hot appetizer came out cold. Then, 40 minutes later our entrees came. My wife ordered cacio e pepe, and I ordered lamb orecchiette. My “fresh” pasta was chewy, and my wife’s dish was far too oily with hardly any cheese. My wife and I were so excited for this dinner and planned to order two drinks each, an appetizer, two entrees, dessert, and coffee. But, as the night progressed and we realized the lack of service, we just wanted to spend as little as possible and get out of there as quickly as we could. We ended up picking the cheapest entrees, only ordering one drink each, and skipping out on dessert and coffee altogether. This was the worst service experience we have ever had, and the food was also nothing to write home about. We won’t ever be back to this restaurant or recommend to any friends or family.

We went here yesterday for our girls night. We sat at our table at 6:30 and no waiter even showed up till 7:10. This was also after we went up to the reception and complained a couple of times. Then the owner showed up and said that we are lucky that we only had to wait 40 minutes for the waiter. There was no apology and he said that this place it’s normally an hour. So finally we order drinks and we get only 3 drinks after another 10-15 minutes. We were 5, so we waited another few minutes for the other drinks to show up. All in all the service was pathetic.Food was ok but not worth the price.

My family celebrated my 70th birthday here. We had a delightful meal. The service was great. It was slower than most restaurants but typical for an upscale Italian restaurant. I started with a salad, the Insalata Sfiziosa, made with arugula, fennel and citrus. It was a great combination of flavors. I had the Pappardelle Tre Bocconi for my entree . It was delicious. The fresh pasta did not disappoint. For dessert, I had chocolate covered spumani. It was outstanding. It was a perfect birthday meal.
