Don't bother coming here unless you have a lot of time to waste. 3 employees working here and not one person greeted me. Waited for a few minutes to see if one of the 3 will greet and take my order. None of them did until I asked them if there was anyone taking orders. Finally, after asking, one of the 3 comes up to take my order. Definitely will not be coming back here unless I have time to waste and want to feel like a mirage.

I've had carryout maybe 30 times over the past year, all of them ordered ahead of time online, so I can't speak for the experience in-store ordering. Of those times, only once was the food not ready at the set time, and it was only 5 minutes late. Overall consistency has been good, with food being exceptional probably half of the time. Lots of variation on the amount of sauce and ingredients used on any given day though, must depend on who is working there at the time. I always get jalapeno corn, and it's never been bad, though some random days it's much better than usual! I've never had a smoothie from this location so I can't comment on those. My few interactions with staff have been great. Restaurant is clean and well-lit and in a nice location.

They had only one employee in the store to take orders, prepare smoothies, cook food, deliver orders out, she was awesome and friendly but not good for her or customers.
The Crooks road location has been going downhill for over a year now. The smoothies are not blended consistently, the food comes out immediately after ordering (pre-made and cold), and you rarely see the same person twice working there (high turn-over = poor management).We used to really like it there.

Love this place. It has been a goto food and smoothie place for me. Healthier choices than a typical chain restaurant.
Girls day out and trying all things new!! Made a pit stop for a refreshment here and it was a refreshing moment. Our cashier, Zoey, was an excellent asset to the location. Pleasant, patient and knowledgeable about the menu options. Everyone tried a flavor they've never had and we were all smiles.

Upon receiving my smoothie order I noticed that 3 of my 8 smoothies were between half and 3 quarters of the way full. The one smoothie had large ice chunks still unblended and it tasted like water. I tried to call several times where the phone was picked up and abruptly hung up on me. I am extremely unsatisfied.

On 9/7/23 at 4:50pm the store was not busy (one customer only, could see through the window parked out in front). I had a curbside order since I currently have a walking issue. The female employee would not answer the phone after several tries! And the answering machine was Full. Not even after the one customer left would she answer the phone. I had to ask a lady walking by to go in and get the employee's attention for me. She could see my car! The store worker gave my food to the kind stranger, instead of bringing it out to me and she was not apologetic or caring about it at all according to the nice lady who helped me. The Beach Bum Smoothie was good though.
Closed on this Sunday. Certainly forgivable in these times, albeit inconvenient. One of the problems with the franchise model.

I came in and we met one of the workers Parker! He was so kind and help us out with everything we needed! Hands down the nicest tropical smoothie worker I have ever come across and recommend coming here because of the amazing service and because Parker was so awesome!
