I usually go to Bangkok cuisine in Shelby Township but I thought I'd try this place on my way home horrible.. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken. The chicken was so dry and the taste of the pad Thai was OK but so dry like they needed more sauce. I ordered a mild plus but there was no spice at all I would not recommend it to anybody

My favorite thai food!! Always great food and great service. They seem to have better quality food than some of their other locations such as the bangkok chicken. They can be a little pricier than those other locations too, but if it means better food.. then I'm willing to pay. All around a good experience.

My recent visit to your restaurant was highly disappointing. Not only was the food poorly cooked, with uncooked chicken being served, but I also encountered unnecessary rudeness from the cashier regarding tipping etiquette.This level of service is unacceptable.the cashier's attitude towards tipping was unwarranted and left a sour taste in my mouth.

Bangkok of Rochester has become very inconsistent with quality of flavor & richness of the sauces. This has been on-going since a few years before Covid. Prices have more than doubled since the re-model. For our 5 most recent orders, we have kept track. 1) Sauces are heavily watered down; 2) flavors are greatly diminished; 3) meat is cooked quite hard; 4) quantity of main vegetables for a dish have lowered - ie: pra ram long song; 5) it is now rare that an order will have the wonderful robust Thai flavors, rich sauces & moist meat. We have been a customer since you opened, but unfortunately, we will no longer remain a customer.

It's been several years since I had been to Bangkok Cuisine, and I was pleasantly surprised by how their dishes had improved, in quality and portion. The masaman curry, pad thai, and pad prik all were filling and delicious. Portions, especially the proteins, are now just enough in the dishes vs too small or barely any in the past. Service is great, friendly, attentive and food comes out hot and quick. As it's been a while I also appreciated the renovations of their interior which is now bright, clean and updated look.

So this used to be a fairly regular lunch stop for me but then Covid and work from home came and I was no longer in the area. The food, as always, is outstanding. The service is also top shelf. What really stood out was the new interior of the restaurant. Completely redone, was dark, now bright (used to be a Big Boy). Well done on the remodel, now that I am back in the area I will be back again.

I ordered a carry-out through door dash. The fresh roll was good. The satay was not. The chicken was dried out except for the center which was undercooked. Maybe smaller pieces would work better for more eve cooking. The cucumber salad was so old it was slimy and cloudy with a rancid odor.This was the first time we ordered and it will also be the last.

We went here based on others experiences and recommendations. Its a cutesy place with no one inside eating, when we were there. We got take out. My favorite soup on the planet is Tom Yum Soup, it's the broth that I love the most. This Tom Yum Soup was horrible, it had way too many mushrooms and nothing else, I asked for the vegetarian kind, I got a soup with no veggies except mushrooms. No onions, no tomatoes just mushrooms. It was weird. The broth was very tasty but I had to strain out the mushrooms.
