This week celebrates Women In Construction. We wanted to make sure we provided our ladies with an incredible breakfast to kick off the week. The Flavor Lab was the perfect choice! Their Blueberry Lemon Mascarpone Baked French Toast was to die for! The silky texture and flavor of their Gruyere and Herb Baked Frittata had us all trying to identify the herbs. We had Flavor Lab cater an open house/ brunch for about 50 guests in December. I can’t tell you how pleased we were that we chose this company over others that we had considered. The dishes were unique, flavorful and plenty. Our guests loved it! They accommodated food allergies and labeled the dishes. Set up was quick and professional. We paid the nominal fee for packaging of leftovers afterward and clean-up was a breeze. So worth it! Would absolutely recommend FlavorLab!
