Haven't been here for awhile. Won't be back. Pricehike is outrageous and portions are small. Service was cold and pushey. Very disappointing.

This is the first Dickey's I went to years ago when they first came to my area. The others around me are all closed, but this location has never failed to deliver. Friendly staff and well cooked meats! Glad I was in Rochester today!

This place recently reopened and I’ve been there a couple of times now. Food has been really good and the people are pretty friendly. I grabbed a pack for the family and we made some awesome sliders!

Had a great dine in experience today with pulled pork plate. The staff were very friendly and the dining experience top notch.

Staff just isnt nice at all anymore. Its ridiculous honestly. You shouldnt have a job dealing with the public if you cant be kind and Courteous. Especially when you work at a place that is expensive as dickies.... The staff should appreciate your business. ?

This restaurant is open. I think they had new owners but everyone was friendly. I love their chicken and cheese sandwich plate. The chicken was so tender! This place will be a new addition to my restaurant list.

Love love love Dickies BBQ.. I can't say enough about how good the food is!!! Come out and support a local business for lunch or dinner.

I don't do many reviews but after eating my meal I decided to check the reviews others have left and I definitely had a similar experience. The delivery was late but I was notified in advance and my meal arrived before it's second arrival window. The sides were quite yummy. My pulled pork sandwich on Hawaiian bread didn't have any BBQ sauce. It wasn't in the bag on the side either. BBQ sauce is the quintessential ingredient in BBQ. I double checked the menu and it should have had sauce. Without the sauce I noticed that the meat was bland and dry. I could only really taste the bun. This was my first experience at Dickie's. I'll probably give them a second chance because the sides were quite good and satisfying. Had the sandwich been just as good they'd have knocked it out of the park.I realize a lot of places are struggling with supply chain and staffing issues so I don't want to give a rating lower than three stars. I think someone needs to be double checking the orders before they leave the store. I've learned that the GrubHub drivers aren't responsible for that and if it's wrong they can't correct it.

Ordered food from them for the first time and they completely messed up the order. Food was missing and burned.

Does not accept online orders which in turn makes many of dickeys promos unusable at this location. Time to get with the 21st century

Went off the norm and got a pulled pork sandwich- the anniversary special! Came with a side and one of their crazy good brownies!! (There’s no such thing as too many jalapeños!)

Previously working at a bbq restaurant in the kitchen the food here was pretty disappointing, chicken was sad looking and had weird flavor to it, ribs were god awful and bone dry, brisket was also dry, pulled pork was decent id give the pork maybe a 5/10. All the side we got to try were pretty bland as well. For the prices charged you don't get the quality tasting bbq flavor you expect when going to a bbq place
