The tea is not what it used to be. My family loved coming here for tea service before COVID and we were so excited to see it offered again this holiday season. However, the quality of the menu and the quantity of food has gone down with no decrease in price. They no longer offer traditional tea scones and the ones we were served definitely had something wrong with them. When we bit into them they were chalky and bitter. We expressed our concerns to the manager when she came to our table and she did not offer to do anything to make it better. Simply said she would talk to the pastry chef. Meanwhile, we did not even finish our scones. I really hope that they listen to feedback provided and go back to the tea service that was offered before because it was beautiful and stunning and we would love to go back for that.

Tried dining at 5:15 but the hostess wouldn't sit us because there were reservations for 6:30. Odd way to do business. Tables were empty.

Huge disappointment-went in for a nice evening to celebrate being cancer free -rude bartenders, not acknowledging presence-living dirty dishes, cold & unfriendly service would never spend another dollar at Park 600
Had lunch with a group of 9. They seemed like they needed more servers and more cooks. Took an hour to get our meals. Soup was room temp. The food was very good, albeit a little overpriced. Waitress kept reminding us she was going out of her way to separate our checks. Also, we had to listen to a screaming toddler the we entire time.

Had the "Tea Service" a couple weeks ago on the 18th. What a mess! First we had a reservation but that didn't matter so they have you wait in the library. There's a HUGE red book of Mao Zedong the Chinese communist dictator on a shelf as soon as you walk in. They stagger calling people to be seated every 15 minutes with no reasoning to it so it could be 15 minutes or over an hour to be seated. The food/tea snacks were absolutely awful. The "tea" was as Ted Lasso would say "hot brown water" except the 1st pot was room temperature. The 2nd pot was hot but had ZERO flavor after steeping for 10 minutes. The service was horrible. It was a ridiculously cheap yet expensive experience. Management needs to go to English Rose Tea Room in Carefree Arizona. That's a REAL tea experience. Take LOTS of notes and bring that knowledge back here. Fire or retrain all the staff, they're rude, clueless and have no idea how to do their job. It literally looked like you were just "winging" it. For what you're charging it should be top notch EVERYTHING.

Royal Park is offering a Holiday Pop-up Bar Thursday-Sat until 12/31 and it is GORGEOUS! There are no reservations and first come, first serve but even for a Saturday night, I only waited about 30 min and it was worth it! You feel like you’ve stepped into a whimsical, Christmas wonderland as soon as you walk in! They were considerably busy but the service was friendly and prompt, and the drinks are festive and strong! I loved the “Oh Christmas Tree,” and I cannot wait to try more!

Leave room for desert! Amazing meal, the Lobster Ravioli wasn't just ravioli but had a lobster tail too. The flavors were great, the service first rate. But then came desert...The pastry chief Sonya, is an actual French Pastry Chef with real French accent. It doesn't get more authentic than that. The best Creme Brule we've ever had with berries and macaroon. Her creation of a Snickers cake had a moist dark chocolate cake with a dome of hard chocolate filled with creamy peanut-buttery goodness. The Opera cake was light and delicious. Nothing heavy about the deserts but light enough to deceive you into eating more. Next time, we will just get an appetizer and then go straight to desert.
