The store is small and set up awkwardly to wait in line. The drive-thru is really tight, and gets backed up onto Rochester Road. Hoping the new location eases some of the traffic at this one. Easiest option here is to park in an adjoining parking lot and pick up your order in store, but you still have to squeeze between people waiting for their drinks and the small bench along the window. Always frequent this Starbucks location when Im in this part of Rochester/Rochester Hills. I've never had bad service here. I'm out this way a couple times a year, maybe three so it's not like I come here a ton, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Great coffee made by fabulous employees. Not all Starbucks are like this one. ?

It's an extremely busy location, though the baristas are even faster. They can manage all the crowds efficiently. Sometimes, its drive thru is chaotic, but with some patients, it works. There is a free parking lot and clean restrooms. There are plenty of seats available.
