I went with a friend To a charcuterie board making class recently. I had a fabulous experience! The instruction, presentation, foods and wines were all spectacular. I highly recommend to take a class here and have some fun with friends.

They use Instacart to order food supplies and then never respond to their shoppers. They also give low ratings for no reason, even after being nice in person. Lower than five star ratings effectively cut Instacart shoppers’ incomes because of horrible Instacart algorithm practices, so by not being responsive to their food supplier and then lowering their rating for no reason, they are cutting other people’s incomes. Bad business practice.

We ordered two cold charcuterie platters with assorted cheeses, cured meats, breads, chicken/pepper skewers and shrimp/mango skewers from Silver Shamrock to entertain houseguests. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our guests had different dietary requirements - gluten free, vegetarian, etc. - and there was something for everyone. We ordered the platters based on a headcount, and there was plenty of everything (my wife is pulling out leftovers for lunch today). The presentation of the food on the platters was lovely, and perfectly appropriate for setting out for a dinner party. Deb, the owner, is an amazing chef and a pleasure to work with. We are already making plans to order from Silver Shamrock again.
