ZERO STARS!It's extremely disappointing that this location has so many bad reviews about the manager (APRIL) and yet the owners do not do anything about it. April should not be a manager, at any location. She is SO unprofessional, incredibly RUDE and disrespectful to customers. She YELLED at me today for calling during her busy time (like I am supposed to know she had a line) and then refused to help me. I could go on and on about my horrible experience. DO NOT go to this subway location.Disgusting that the owners allow this treatment to their paying customers.

Called to get a order the lady on the phone was super rude said "maim I don't know off the top of my head were in the lunch hour" super rudly and annoyed I will not be returning to that subway because A I'm a guy B you don't talk to me that way and also up yours bich.

I go to this place a lot because I live really close by. Most of the time I get great service. This happened last week and then a week before that almost the same thing happened. The red head with glasses is super nice but does not seem how to do her job well and usually complains about being by herself and wanting a new job. I asked for extra pickles and she only put maybe 6 on as extra. I’m usually not a person to complain but the week before we had the same girl and when my friend asked for mustard she put way to much on my friends sandwich and then asked “do you want more?” I still go to this location but the red head definitely does not give the best service.

Wanted to just grab a quick kids meal for my daughter, and the redhead working by herself appeared to not handle stress well as more customers walked in. She appeared confused and not certain of much. When other customers asked questions, every answer contained the word corporate in it. She also shared how no one should work at a subway. One couple walked out after they overheard her saying she was sick, while sniffling making a sandwich. This was all very cringe.

It was my first time at this location, I didn't realize it was here in Comstock, the restaurant was very clean nice-looking the people were very helpful the young girl that waited on me was extremely helpful in selecting my subs! I will definitely come back and use this location ?"

11/18/23 the girl with orange hair and glasses that was working alone around 6 pm was extremely slow and very confused on her job and didnt seem to know what she was doing and claimed she had only been there 2 months and just did not have a strong understanding. This girl kept complaining very loudly to customers about her job and how much she hates it and wants to quit and kept asking everyone who had a job and if they could get her an application after telling us her mom was the manager. This girls attitude was extremely poor and made us feel like a burden and very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very terrible work ethic from this girl. Very disappointed

This particular subway is extremely dirty, both the men’s and women’s restrooms were disgusting! Trash was overflowing, floors, sinks and stools were filthy, dead flies everywhere.

Best Subway location hands down it nice to find they don't scrimp on toppings. Like the other ones do. I usually really enjoy my experience at this Subway as they normally have young, energetic, and personable workers to serve you. But this visit was cringy ?. Now I'm not even like those wyt women that are overly demanding and 'kare' too much, I did'nt ask for the manager but I got her ?. She made my two subs like a drill sergeant. I asked for a few more black olives and she refused to add any more and began to cite the company policy: 6 olives are allowed per 6"! I questioned the practice of being so precise with each topping and was told that they have a quantity limit on everything and she ALWAYS strickly FOLLOWS IT. She is the head of quality control I guess ?. But here is the real sticker, she uses her tiny hands as the unit of measure! In addition, the app (how I ordered) said they did not have a certain cheese that I wanted on my subs but I arrived during the process (obviously ?) and when I saw that they had them, she refused to switch out the type of cheese on my sub because she had already started putting on the toppings ?. I will probably go back to this location because it's so close to home but I WILL NOT get a sub made by Sergeant Control Freak again.
