Buon appetito is our favor restaurant for the food and service.Last night we was very disappointed with the service.Our server ,the young guy after he took the order he never show up to check on us.The food was very good but the service was very poor.

We celebrated our 54th anniversary there tonight, and felt so much love and attention.The owners were warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so special! The staff, from hostess to busboy to the lovely waitress Alma, made our visit a night to remember!

Big disappointment…. my daughter made reservations for my birthday and invited eight people to celebrate with us. We had a 6 o’clock reservation and between six and seven. We repeatedly asked them when we were going to be seated. Nobody seem to know and we were not treated with respect. No one made an effort to deal with our problem. Finally at 7:15 we walked out hungry with no promise as to when our table would be ready, so I shouldn’t even give it a one if anything it would be a negative one. So disappointing, especially being that I the birthday girl is the one who suggested that restaurant but guess what I never will again. They not only lost me as a customer, but the other eight people with me also.

Went there tonight and first time since they expanded the place. It’s beautiful and inviting. Owners both greeted us and stopped to chat and check to see if we were pleased with our meal. Felt like we were in an old timey Italian bistro. Friendly place with excellent food. We both had sandwiches during happy hour. Priced great and will be back soon!!

Met a friend here for dinner on the recommendation of someone at her office... gotta admit, I was a bit skeptical that " an amazing" Italian restaurant would be found in little ol' Romeo, Michigan...but, boy was I wrong!Burn Appetito is an amazing establishment! I thought I'd been invited to someone's Italian grandmother's house for " old family secret recipes" ... all I can say is JUST GO! YOU WILL LOVE IT!
While the food is good the service was sub-par. We made a reservation and were seated in the “old” area which is dark and customers kept leaving out the door in that room which made it cold. Our reservation was for 7, seated at 7:20. We ordered appetizers but didn’t get our entrees until past 9PM! Our table was very hungry. During this time we saw our waitress only twice to drop appetizers and to then drop soup and salad. The food that was served was lukewarm at best. They had run out of my son’s pasta but was not good until the food came out in which they had substituted it for another pasta. It’s a shame because the food is really good but the service does need to be stepped up.

Alma took care of us, she was great. Food and drinks were on point. Prices were good too.
We were there yesterday with my wife, son, and my other son and his wife, we had a prior reservation the food was great as well as the service and the atmosphere but the server was rushing us and was panicking, we noticed that she has two other tables which is understandable but it appears she doesn’t handle pressure very well. We did order drinks, appetizer and dinner, what we didn’t appreciate was the extra charge for having a Caesar salad without being informed by the server that there was an up charge, then my son asked for a soufflé cup of lemon sauce again extra charge without being informed very unprofessional and robbing the customer. My wife and I are in this line of business for over 30 years and we understand it very well, we also understand that the customer has the right to be informed about these things before they are slammed with an up charge. Also the food is pricey comparing to other upscale restaurants, not going back.
