We always order online so when we go to pick it up it's always ready for us and is always pretty good. We due notice sometimes it can be slow when we go through the drive thru which is the whole reason we order online and then go and pick it up now

I won’t be coming back, I had the worst experience today. Went through the drive through order was wrong so I went inside and told the barista, she says go to the register.. Told the cashier and said she’d remake it. I’m standing there waiting 10 minutes for a drink THEY made wrong and I still don’t have it. I ask for a refund because I have to go.. the cashier lady then tells me my order was voided and nobody felt like they should’ve communicated that another needed to be made? Trash, I will never give them another dollar of mine.

This place was not taking order at the counter prioritizing the drive through because they were under staffed. Completely ridiculous.
Clean, bright, welcoming, and well-staffed. Starbucks is Starbucks. But I was very pleased with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at this location. My coffee was made as I wanted and served with a smile. Quickly, too. I was able to work using the free WiFi and enjoy the ambiance a while. Hopefully that "first sip feeling" lasts all day.

Stopped in this Starbucks to find those destination mugs that Starbucks does. They had several Michigan ones, so I picked up one as well as drinks. Drinks were fine.
