A customer pooped on the floor yesterday and they kept serving people, they should of said sorry we have to close, it was close to 9pm. Not sure why those 3 customers would stand there and keep ordering, but the staff should have shut it down. I will never go back p*** particles could of went in the ice cream.

So sad. Walk in, no one was there... I look for a pre-made pint for my choice. I scan, scan...Noooooooooooooooooo! No pre-made pints of Peanut butter & Chocolate ( the best Peanut butter chocolate ice cream in the world! I have NEVER found one that beats it). So, I turn to leave when someone in a greying t-shirt ( no uniforms any more?) asked if he could help. I asked about THE only flavor that matters and he offered to look, but alas, no. They did not have any in the back...but he could pack a fresh one, but it will cost more...really? You want me to wait, to pack it and pay more? In the the immortal words of Varuca Salt, " I want it now!". Sorry, but I'm not waiting that long to pay more. Do they sell this in the grocery stores?

Nice ice cream store. Fast, friendly service. Most ice cream places want to get you in and out fast, and don't care about you. This one offered me free tastes, even though I was ready to order. That was nice. Baseball nut is my favorite. It keeps me going to Baskin Robbins.

Went to the store at 8:50. We walked through the door and hear final call. Ok, I get it. The guy behind the counter says what do you want, my daughter says one sec and the guy rolls his eyes and sighs with an attitude. We decided to leave without ordering. If you do not want customers to come at 8:50, then change your hours. We will not return.

I always forget this place is tucked away in the shopping plaza on 10 and Kelly. If you are in the mood for some ice cream, shakes, smoothies, or ice cream cakes... this is your spot. Dont forget!!! They always have 31 flavors!!! My kids LOVE THE CLOWN CONES. They are off to the right in the freezer next to the ice cream cakes and cookie sandwiches. They currently are doing a summer themed flavor a month. I think I had the one called ocean beach... blue ice cream *(assuming it was saposed to look like water)* with gram cracker crumbs *(assuming this was the beach sand.) And little chocolate candies shaped like sea animals! If dairy queen or your normal joint has a EXTREMELY long line.. Dont forget that this little gem is tucked away in Eastpointe as well.
