I placed an order today for a 5pc leg and thigh. The woman cashier (Jessica) said ok it’ll be a few minutes. I sat in my car for the wait, upon me going back into the building I watched the cashier (Jessica) coughed over my chicken right after it was handed to her by the cook. She bagged it up and as she tries to give me the bag I said ma’am did u just cough on my chicken, she gave me all attitude and started talking crazy to me about it and the cook had to come service me. I asked her for a refund due to the situation and her rude ways, she said no and continued to be rude. The cook even said she was totally wrong for her disposition. I’m headed back up there in a few to talk to a manager ? terrible customer service

Very Poor Management, Confrontational Disrespectful, (need a management class ) I asked for catfish fried hard it was not Catfish & it was overly cooked ,it looked more like chicken strip instead of 2 pieces of Fish I opened each piece individually it was barely fish in it . I called to let them know the staff agreed to replace it for chicken & When I arrived the Supervisor made it an issued said she wasn’t replacing it. I ate off it . I ate the fries out the box from around the so called Catfish.It seem as though she wanted an argument so Politely told her I’ll inform cooperate & walked out!!!

I ordered chicken that was undercooked and not seasoned. I also ordered Banana pudding and I received a container of box pudding with cookies in a paper bag. When I contacted their staff, the alleged manager told me that my statement was not true!!! She was rude and her tone very unprofessional. Pictures are worth a thousand words!!! I am very saddened and have patronized this restaurant numerous times before….. Done!!!
