I'm really torn on if I should give this a 2 to 4 star review. On one hand, the chicken is amazing.... It's juicy and tasty. It usually is and today wasn't any different. The girl working the counter is friendly and always attentive even is she is really busy. So with that, I give 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.HOWEVER, their sides (potatoes and coleslaw) are terrible. Someone teach them how to make good sides!!!! Because after the 1st time I visited here, I started going to their competitors for their broasted potatoes and cole slaw. But today, I thought I'd give them another chance. Nope. Still terrible. I have included a picture for reference. So for that, 2 ⭐️⭐️.I really wish I could get a complete meal at 1 destination.

Chicken is fabulous! The owner is very cold and almost rude at times. Seems to get annoyed with customers and never smiles. This has been going on for years…. Food is great and we order for many parties but the attitudes of the people behind the counter and the owner really need to change before you start losing long time customers.

Just wanted to let the public know how I feel about this place, its a great business and I know that this kind of thing can be very taxing on an owner or owners, I just wanted to let the owners know that this business is hands down the best chicken I’ve ever consumed in my life, and that I love what you guys do at Chicken Place, never stop what you’re doing. Every time I eat from Chicken Place it’s always better every time, especially being a wrestler and student, I get hungry, and Chicken Place always satisfies my palate.

I ordered here for a small family birthday party. This location came highly recommended thru other locals. We ordered a 16 piece chicken bucket with boasted potatoes and coleslaw with a slab of ribs. The service was fantastic! KARISSA/CARISSA was a big help over the phone. I called hours early because I wasn't sure when to place my order. She very well could've told me to call back but did not and took my order saying it would get busy at the time I needed the food. The gentleman cooking helped take my order to the car and even added extra chicken because some pieces looked small. This is the way to build a loyalty. That aside, Much better than chain food chicken, not greasy or falling apart or unidentifiable pieces. The ribs were super tender and flavorful. The coleslaw was perfect. Everyone was talking about it. So glad I took the leap. These people are legit! Thank you!
