Haven't been there in a while and I see they have made changes. I ordered the honey Chipotle crisper, used to be $13 who knows how many pieces. Now it's 3,5, or 6 pieces and the prices vary. I choose 6 and its $18 smh

Zach was nice, helpful and attentive. My carryout orders are always good but usually missing small things I ordered and paid for such as extra dressing or bread. My order was perfect this time! Zach took my order and was not only incredibly pleasant even though it was late but he and whoever he was working with took the time to check my order. I work in the restaurant industry and was very impressed!

Went to have lunch with my daughter around 1 pm. The restaurant was pretty empty. The booth we were seated at had trash underneath it. I had the feeling that the floor hadn't been properly cleaned the night before. This is my reason for the 3 stars due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was our waitress 2nd day, but her customer service was superb ?

I enjoyed a wonderful meal with a friend. The waitress was wonderful. Our food came out on time. Our drinks were very good. The only downfall was that they didn't have wineglasses for the wine. Chicken tenders were awful! Waitress told us to try tenders, said they were good and they tasted like they were old rotten meat! Broccoli was plain, no seasoning or butter. Only redeeming food was chips and salsa. Beware, they charge for refills of soda without telling you too. Will not be going back.

Food is always good even when I try new things. Nothing over the top but yet not all that simplified. You're gonna get hot food good drinks with a welcoming staff.
Server was great and attentive! Great to see the manager going around touching tables, saying hello to guests, and concerned on operations. Prompts, great to see!! Great work to all!

Rated a 3 ⭐ simply because the service was horrible the food was delicious but the fries were not hot. There was a 15 min wait while half the restaurant was empty I'm guessing they are short staffed, the staff that was there was just standing around and took me to ask a different waitress for a refill as well as side of ranch which I asked my waitress for 5 minutes prior and she walked past us 4-5 times after I asked her. Mind you they weren't busy and the food took 20 mins to come out? I will go back to Chili's just not this location
