This place was really, really awful.To begin, no greeting or help or any customer service skills whatsoever upon arrival and when viewing our options. No smiling faces, no how are you, no, "would you like to try a sample?" Didn't even ask if we were ready to order just stared at you.The kids cone is a literal joke. They couldn't fit anything in it. The paper wouldn't come all the way off so you are forced to eat a little paper/adhesive. No cake cones to offer kids.They didn't have different size waffle cones so when I got one scoop of ice cream the cone was much higher level than the ice cream where you couldn't eat it together.The ice cream had a really weird aftertaste to it resulting in me throwing mine away.Lastly, they have no tables and chairs here to sit and eat the ice cream ordered. Do they really expect families to let their kids eat ice cream in their cars???? This is crazy and ridiculous.I've lived nearby this place and have never stepped into this place until today and instantly regretted it. Definitely will not be a returning customer.

Very poor customer service scales. One of the employees played in his hair before serving. The next customer ran his fingers through his hair. Then began to go to the cash register. To make a transaction, bring someone else up. Never washed his hands, the young lady was very nasty. Popping gum chewing gum over serving customer ice cream. I will report this store to better business.

Having never been to a Cold Stone Creamery before I was impressed that they actually make your order on a cold stone. Staff was friendly, there was a few people in line ahead of me but they are fast and the wait was minimal. The prices are slightly higher than your average Dairy Queen, but not prohibitively so. Also the ice cream is made fresh in store daily and the flavor reflects this. It's absolutely with the extra cost

Can never go wrong with coldstone. A little pricey but it's so worth it. If you sign up for the rewards program on the website they give you a buy one get one free. My favorite is the birthday cake remix they have so Manu options. Overall a fast experience they had a lot of employees working so we were in and out really quick. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Ordered a hour ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. Was ignored inside. Asked 3 people about my order to be told they forgot to make it. Then they proceeded to take all the orders in line while I wait another 40 minutes.... Made absolutely no sense. Would have cancelled if I didn't prepay thanks. Beware if you are in a rush...

Ice cream very good felt like I was jilted or tricked, I redeemed my Birthday BOGO treat I asked for the Gotta Love it size which is bigger than the like it size the free one was the like it size the 2nd one was a like it size cup set inside in a Gotta love it size cup Shame on them I paid the price for a Gotta love it size

Decided to go to this location over the Mt Clemens on Gratiot which is actually closer. I’m glad that I did because the young girl did a great job, my ice cream cup was overflowing!

So disappointed ... was all excited for a great ice cream treat. I ordered the medium create your own. However, I received the small. I called back to the store and at first they denied it. I offered to take a picture and show them. Then they said "oh yes I made two, I sent someone else yours".They could not give me a refund on the spot and said a boss person had to do it that no one there had the authority to. I could not speak with anyone that had Authority. We'll have to go up to the store myself tomorrow and hope that I can catch this boss person to get my refund.

My experience today here was horrible with a very unprofessional and disrespectful little girl by the name of Bryna T. She did greet certain customers upon entry except the ones she wanted to. She automatically approached the counter with much attitude and very nasty disposition. She handled the merchandise I ordered roughly and slammed it around then slammed it on the counter after preparing it. I asked her for her name due to not having on a name tag nor a clean work t shirt. Her course hair weave was without a hair net and wildly flying over the open ice cream with strands on the counter top. She failed to give me her name, she rudely rolled her eyes and her neck and said she doesn’t give out her then walked off. I frequent this place all the time and I usually deal with Autum and she’s great, but today was horrible for me with this new Bryna girl. I was provided a full refund but I drove all the way from Trenton for the dipped Oreos and pretzels that you can only get at that location.
