We were at the food court always good, helpful nice individuals but the people who walk the floor who act like their manager Supervisor or anything above you get on my nerves they take their job way too seriously, and wanna put you out if you don't have your ID not the club member card your state ID, but if the credit card I'm using in my club member card match what does it matter?

This location typically has what I'm looking for. When I need things in bulk, this is my go to place. The selection on staples is great, and every day items are fairly priced. The employees are always friendly, and I'm always amazed by the speed of checkout there.

Ok let me start by saying I love Costco products. What I can't stand is the store, people, parking lot etc. You show your membership card to get in, then when you go to check out they check your card again, and then you scan your card at the register. I asked why and the person responded we are stopping people from card sharing. Listen Costco I am buying a few groceries and toilet paper please just chill and stop this madness! We aren't trying to do anything but purchase your products but I get you need to have this power trip! Therefore when my membership expires I will purchase my T.P. elsewhere.

I was desperate for some country ribs. Went to Costco and there were none in the cold case. Asked an employee if there was any chance to get some - he immediately went in the meat department and made me two packages of country ribs. Outstanding service by Joe Primavera. Customer service is alive and well at the Roseville Costco.

It's employees that's been there 5-20 years and still don't know about CUSTOMER SERVICE! ONE OF THE WROST COSTCO EVER! When it comes to instant cart orders they are very rude also, they really need to get on they're staff about being rude to customers or they can just retire because they are stuck I. They're old ways, they need to adjust or just quit. Treating customers bad is terrible.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but reality is that it deserves only 4. There are occasional times where something I buy from the store doesn't meet expectations or some other small issue. Overall it is a great place but once in a while something happens that prevents it from getting 5 stars in my opinion.

You can't beat the gas prices and convenience of bigger quantities if your busy and don't have time to shop frequently for non perishables/dry/canned goods. I can't use most fruit and vegetables in large quantities fast enough, so I usually get those elsewhere. Except for the mini peppers! Great for snacking. And a huge slice of pizza for $2! My kids love the chicken melt, frozen yogurt, and hot dogs. My membership definitely pays for itself! 12 gallons today at 4.19 was 50.37

The most rude customer service I've ever had at a Costco. I've been coming to this Costco for years and the customer service has really fallen off of a cliff in the past year or so.Cashiers are super rude and throw your items around without paying any attention. The people behind the snack counter are the slowest moving humans I've ever seen and also super rude and short with condescending expressions on their face when asking how long until a pizza is done. Then the girl, I'm sure on purpose, did not cut the pizza all the way through, so I had to cut it again before I could eat it.Not only will I never return to this particular branch and I'll use my costco card to "preview" Sam's Club but, if these are the types of employees Costco is hiring now, I'm going to gradually sell my investments in Costco stock because customer service as poor as this reflects poorly on the entire company leadership team.

I love Costco, but on more than one occasion the team members are not so friendly. You can do better Costco. Overall I need to shop here for particular items. Team Member at self check out today was rude and acted like I had mind reading abilities. Put guns out like Sam's club so we can scan our own items. You shouldn't have self scan, if you don't trust members. You say it's for interaction, but I don't believe that. Her interaction sucked.

This location is awesome! I usually frequent the Hall rd location but holy Toledo the amount of traffic at that one. Everything I came for was in stock, which was a blessing! I really liked the store layout. Left with $234 worth of stuff lol. Parking was a breeze!!! I didn't have to walk 1/2 a mile to the front.
This is our homebase Costco, as well as being our essential resource for a traveling man like my Husband. We are very thankful that the samples have returned! Thank you to the service team who is partnered with Costco. Our home is well stocked for a good two weeks of 100% home made meals and snacks. I have never had an issue in quality in any products specifically Kirkland brand. The highway exit we usually take is under construction, so be wary of that issue. It is busy at any time so I encourage patience and kindness to all.

This is the only Costco I have ever shopped at so I cannot speak to other stores. But I love the premade meals that this Costco has to offer. My boyfriend and I are very busy and don't always have time to cook and even before the pandemic going out was a special treat for us. The pre-made meals ALMOST taste like homemade. So thank you, who ever packages these meals. We really enjoy them. Plus when we buy a few they freeze really well!
