This is one of my favorite gems for tea and breakfast! They serve Harney &Sons tea, my favorite! You can stop in for a 6pack of scones or sit and enjoy the ultimate tea experience, which I feel is a must. Every tea cup/pot is unique which adds to the ambiance. I have been a fan of their scones for years but I absolutely LOVE their homemade, fluffy, buttery, yummy quiche. The garlic crab quiche is my obsession! ? The tea room is quaint and sweet for an outing and can be available for private parties. Jen, the owner is fantastic and really puts her heart and soul into her business. Also, check out the Pink House, their New Baltimore location!

A beautifully picturesque tea room that starts a quaint ambiance with unique tea pots and cups. I love their display of tea hats to feel the full experience! Everyone is friendly and personable. The tea experience is the way to go (full details in picture) where you get your choice of tea, entree w/ 1 side, and scones for the table! They offer wide variety of herbal, black, and fruity teas and their scones are absolutely a must, especially white chocolate raspberry! The egg frittata is so flavorful (also GF) but crab quiche is my absolute favorite... simply heavenly! Hosting a private event? The Royal Treat Room is the perfect spot for a bridal/baby shower, or simply a tea day with friends!

I just returned yet another package of scones to the store that were moldy. According to the date they could still be purchased through tomorrow. Something has definitely changed. All the scones are now squares, smaller and thinner. These scones were rather mushy which means they were packaged before the frosting was dry. This was my last purchase. Extremely disappointing how this business has gone down.I'm actually from St. Clair Shores. Not sure why California shows up.

I have not gone to the tea room but have regularly purchased the scones at various stores. Recently both the shape and the texture have changed. Everything is square and the scones are super dense. What happened? Cherry almond scone had no almonds. Not a positive change I must say.

I forgot to mention in earlier review, that the scones we got were dry, dry, dry. common Jennifer and company, aside from raising the price and serving less actual salad, I am most disappointed in the whole scenario. Was ready to get a group together to go to pink house, but will find a more suitable place near New Baltimore.

It’s about 20.00 a piece but it’s all you can drink tea of many different varieties. The ladies can borrow a hat and raise their pinkies. It’s a fun setting. The quiches and salad were very delicious. The scones were excellent and you get plenty of them. In all it was a little pricy but a super fun experience and my girls loved it.
