I hate leaving bad reviews but four times over two months this location takes literally 5-8 min to even answer you at the drive thru. The reason for the one star is that I waited seven min and tried to pull up.. they are open till 11. No one answered me at all. The person in the other lane pulled off and I pulled to the first window. Another couple min go by and no one is at the window but all the lights are on. I pulled to the second and everything is on but not a single person is by the window. I understand that it can be tough with staffing, so I don’t think much of longer waits, but I usually come between 8pm-10pm and this is consistent. I’m wondering if they just forgot to turn on the lights off today, but even the roadside is on. As I was about to pull away, three employees came out from the lobby and made themselves drinks and the drive-thru and walked back into the lobby. That’s what drove me to leave this review because I don’t even know what to make of this whole experience. They The photo hasThe two employees who came in the drive-thru to make themselves drinks and sit down and the third one was wearing a grey hoodie talking to them. If they are off the clock, I apologize but not one person even looked the drive thru way. Staffing can be hard but if you don’t have enough please cut back on hours. As I finish writing this, I went to pull around, and I hear a gentleman who finally got on the speaker box and said sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed for the night. I feel like an idiot for spending 17 minutes thinking I was being patient. I wouldn’t even leave this review if it was a one time thing, but it’s consistently happening at night. Life happens and maybe they had to close early but to let people sit there and not even tell us they were actually closed, it’s just kind of rude.

Everytime I have stopped by theis "24 hours" McDonald's they are only handing out delivery orders.

This has been twice I've visited them paid for extra tarter and did not get extra tartar and didn't realize it till I got all the way home So I will have to start double checking my food to make sure my order is correct because I'm not trying to donate $0.50 to McDonald's just because.Outside of that it is good customer service.The food is fresh and hot.And prepared relatively quickly.

Male workers pants down no discipline what so special keeping pants down underwear exposed.No I won't recommend this place I walked out didn't get anything.
They are ALWAYS having some sort of issue with the online ordering, often times claiming they are only allowing orders for DoorDash to be picked up. Then on top of that you can’t place another order on the app at another location because you can only place one order at a time, so you’ll end up going elsewhere anyways. Save yourself the annoyance and find another location, there’s one at 15/Groesbeck that is 10x better. Please also beware it says 24 hours on google, however there is a 50/50 shot they will be open if you go outside of typical daily business hours.

Went to this location around 9 pm on a Saturday to get dinner. Two cars went through the drive thru before us and they were able to place orders no problem. We pull up, the person says they are only accepting doordash orders now. Like suddenly, magically , but the last person's order was still showing on the screen and we just saw them order from the screen/speaker. When did this become a policy of McDonald's? You turn away a customer at the drive thru to "only do delivery orders"? Makes no sense to me at all. Will not go to this location again and will be calling to speak with a manager.

At 7 pm they told me they were no longer accepting orders after 2 cars went in front of Me. When I asked why they said they gotta clear screens first before taking any more orders
