I always come to the same location. Food is always good. Drink is normally a hit and miss because depending on who makes it I don't get all my espresso shots. I literally pay about $12 or more for my drink everytime and sometimes I swear I don't even get the shots. You can taste when you have a shot. I ordered 2 Affogato shots and 2 espresso shots in my drink and it tastes so weak. I'm almost done drinking it and literally still feel tired. I'm disappointed because I come here too much for them not to understand how to make a frappe with a total of 4 shots. 2 on top when the drink is made and 2 while making the drink. Tired of wasting money for services I only get half 85% of the time.

The girls here are so sweet.. every time I visit this location they are super friendly ! I wanted a caramel brûlée latte and they were out so one of the girls attempted to make me a similar drink and it was honestly better than the original. So far this has been my favorite location . Keep up the great work ?

There were 5 cars ahead of me in line, and it took less than 5 minutes from when I entered the line to me driving away. Plus the frappucino I got was great!

i go between this one and 12 mile and for some reason, this location can never get my mobile or in person order correct and the coffee no matter what time always tastes burnt. If i have too, ill stop. But only if nothing personal staff.Kid-friendliness: they cant screw up a cake pop and cup of 2% milk so far.
My drink was great. Frozen dragonfruit lemonade with vanilla cold foam. Myyyy goodness was it delicious and beautiful to look at!

Let me first say that the staff was kind, accommodating and even pronounced my name correctly. Very upbeat team and efficient. On the flip side, when dining in, spare your ear drums! The music is unbearably loud especially at 8:15am. I wanted to sit and have a cup of coffee with my breakfast sandwich but the music blared so loud and the staff along with customers had to shout over the music. You can't think, study or concentrate. I will remain over at Panera across the street where you can give your ears a break!
They've got coffee down to an art.
