If I could give more than five stars for service, I would. I’m not saying we eat out a lot, but when we get a chance to eat out, we go to Texas roadhouse. We’ve gone to Texas about 3-4 times within the last month. Our waitress tonight was the best. We went for our two year anniversary. Tess almost seemed to read our minds, and was always checking on us (And not in that overly annoying check-in, but at like perfect intervals). Thank you Tess for doing an amazing job! You made our night GREAT.

Saturday afternoon, the place was busy! Only a 10 minute wait to be seated. Our waitress was spot on the entire meal. Other than there's so many people in there and it being pretty load, overall good experience.

I was absolutely blown away by the staff at this location. I had an issue with the meat I ordered and our amazing server, Emilio, had the manager come talk to me about it and they went above and beyond taking care of me. I’ve never met a staff that actually cares about your experience like they do

With it being Easter, the place was very busy. But all of the staff was friendly. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. Will go back to this location anytime.

I was here on Easter Sunday. We ordered and we did not get the appetizers. The waiter forgot to bring them so we ate our dinner instead. The manager came to our table and asked was everything alright. I explained to him that we did not get the appetizers and I asked for more sour cream. He apologized said he would get the sour cream but never came back to our table. The food was good but the customer service was HORRIBLE.

ordered mac and cheese (loaded) only got a pinch of cheese in my mac and CHEESE. Appetizer was horrible and couldve been better was very salty. Bread was burnt and they still gave it to us. Asked for no tomatoes and still got them on my burger. Other than that the service was amazing and the lady deserves the tip she earned.
