Called to place an order and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes, i begin to order and she interprets me multiple times during the ordering process to please hold. I finally get to order and asked them to do 2 sauces for my 6pc as a 8 pc is too much for me to eat, she tells me they don’t do 2 sauces for the 6pc asked could she make an exception due to me being placed on hold numerous times and still deciding to give them my money. She said okay get a call from someone else saying they cannot honor the 6pc with 2 sauces and that i’d be getting charged almost $2.00.. then re reads me my order back and it was WRONG. I told her i’ll be coming up there and that i still wanted the food because there’s obviously too much miscommunication over the phone. She says okay i get there for her to tell me they decided to cancel my order. Why would you have me come all the way up here AFTER i told you i wanted the food to tell me your canceling… Unprofessional.

Ordered here for football game apps. Food was fresh,hot and tasty.
Absolutely the worst place I've tried to eat at. Never received the food. Stood there right in front of the counter for 30 mins before anyone came to the counter. Ordered online 40 mins prior to Goin. Then they tell me my order will take another 1 hr. What a joke.

Not impressed at all! Wanted to order 50 wings but asked to taste one first they said no has to be ordered ,so I ordered not a lot of meat on the bones . The sauces were good but that’s about it Will never go there again.
1 time here ordered inside - 45 min wait .. 2nd time visit ordered online set pick up for 30 min still not ready just pulled order when I got here. Still waited 30 more min .. unreal !! Just done with this place !!

I had to wait 45 mins for a 10 piece wing and fry. It didn't seem busy at all...The chicken was good however the fries had so much grease inside l threw them away. Maybe my next experience will be better.

Worst Wing Snob location. Sat for 45 minutes for our food while 4 customers that came in after us got thier food. Come home to find out that they didn't give me my fries. Seriously it's not that hard to read the order and check it before putting it in the bag. Thanks for ruining my dinner.
