This is mostly about how they charge more for the french dip and give less than half the beef they used too. They switched how they make it and it is so bad. Might as well take it off the menu. Bigger bun, less meat, thuer slogan is a lie. They have the wheat now.

I tried one of their new burgers and it was great! I paid far less at Arby's than I did a few weeks before at Burger King. And the quality was far more superb! The woman behind the counter was on point, and made sure everything, including sauces, were in my bag. And, I got a receipt! Great job, Arby's!

The worst experience ever and the management is the rudest ...I would never eat at Arby's again just because of this experience...I have never in my life met a manager so rude ..all I wanted was some fresh food but I was insulted and the police was called .. I told them I had cancer and they didn't care ...I'm a 70yr old woman who was picking up a order and placing and order ...the food was twice cooked and old when I asked for a refund iwas yelled at and asked to leave they restaurant...if this is the Arby's does businesses I feel sorry for this location ....Worst experience in my life
