I ordered the lunch. Ribs . OMG ? horrible. The ribs were burnt I didn't get any sauce. The Cole slaw was dry and bland. I and for $18.15. I only got four small bones. I will never ever eat there again....

Well I just spent almost $40 plus a tip to get all the way home. Majority of my ribs was burnt like I couldn’t even eat them burnt then I called just to let the manager know and I was told they was too busy for somebody to talk to me I wasn’t calling to get nothing free but I wanted to let them know when somebody spends $40 they expect to be satisfied.
Been going there for 50+ years. They never disappoint.

Put in a huge online order in advance. I guess they made it when I ordered it not when it was supposed to be ready since we got a bag of cold food.
Save your money over priced . They have really gone down over the years. Order process over the phone is really confusing
You have a terrible app it is not customer friendly it doesn't let you order extra sides therefore you have to come to store to order
