Overpriced for not even mediocre food. The menu that is posted in pictures on google IS NOT the same menu that you’ll be given when seated, the menu we were given to order from was very selective, had no salads, two appetizer options, 3 wraps, a burger and 4 pizza options, different from what we were expecting, also ZERO gluten free options. We asked our server for a kids menu, she said “there’s no kids menu to hand out but we have kids food.” And listed off chicken fingers w/ fries, cheeese quesadilla, and personal cheese pizza. We ordered 2 kids chicken fingers, an BYOB burger, and a grilled chicken wrap.It took almost 45 minutes to receive our food, not a big deal however while we were waiting for our food our server never came by to check on us. When we finally received our food the Chicken fingers were very hard, the burger had old browning lettuce on it and the bun was a HEAVILY seasoned everything bun that I was not expecting, and the grilled chicken wrap was actually fried chicken and the server said “sorry we ran out of grilled chicken, the cook just threw a breast on stove if you want that instead”. Again, whatever. We didn’t see our server again during the duration of our meal, it was probably 10 minutes after everyone finished eating that she finally came back to check on us. At the end of the night, I feel that its overpriced.

Food was terrible, lacked flavor and didn't match the description/ingredients listed on the menu. They ran out of dough for deep dish pizzas and didn't offer a substitute, we were given small round personal ones instead. Would've ordered something completely different if they told us they ran out of certain items.

Went for a beer and some wings.Our waitress was far more concerned with her friends at the bar and getting off the clock than taking care of her table.Beer glasses were dirty.Wings were, okay. Slightly underdone with soggy skin.Will not return.

Out of half of their food and beverages.EDIT: the owner below claims they weren't out of food but the photo i just added of half the food menu crossed out says otherwise. at least the service was fine. this is an abject failure of management/supply procurement. wouldnt have been so harsh if they didnt lie.

This is a review of the establishment itself and not the service or servers. Every person we've interacted with here has been wonderful.That being said we came here Thursday night tonight to watch MSU play in the sweet 16. This is supposed to be an MSU bar. We showed up before the game started with a reservation and...they are simply out of almost everything on the menu. They have completely dropped the ball on the biggest MSU sports night of the year so far.They are out of almost all domestics on draught and seemingly half the craft beers on the menu. I had to go back and forth with the server 3 times to find a beer I could order. On a busy night this took about a half hour through no fault of our server who had other tables to tend to. They are also out of most food (even more than what's crossed out in the picture I provided).The establishment responded to another reviewer saying they aren't out of everything but if you look at my attached photo you'll see the menu has half of the items crossed off and another person in our party was told the chicken tortilla soup was out in addition to everything else.We were starving and ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and it was terrible. It was 80% cheese and dough with a little drizzle of BBQ sauce on top. There is no other sauce underneath the cheese.To top it all off one of the two sinks in the men's room was broken causing a traffic jam in there on a predictably busy night.I absolutely cannot recommend that anyone visit this establishment.

30 minute wait with multiple open tables. We ordered appetizers, drinks and cocktails once we sat down. My boyfriend got his drink but for some reason my drink was left at the bar for a prolonged period of time. I ordered a cosmopolitan and whatever I finally got wasn't that and it tasted more like lemonade. We ordered waters, which we never received. I had to order ranch 3 times in order to get it. The deep dish pizza was not good at all. We also only got one napkin and fork to share. The hostest literally only gave us one between the 2 of us. We had multiple servers saying they would be with us shortly. Everything seemed unorganized. Hostest was not friendly or welcoming. When the bill finally came my pen didn't even work. Will definitely not be back. I will say the server was very kind.

My husband and I went here earlier tonight. It was beyond awful. First of all, wrestling was on virtually ALL the TVs. This may be your thing but not our's. Took awhile to get service. I got a pizza to go since I wasn't that hungry and let me tell you after looking at it, I'm still not. It was supposed to be a Pizza Margarita and there was virtually nothing on it. It sucked.
We ordered takeout we had a salad and a Detroit style pizza the salad was good but the pizza was just okay could've used more sauce. Although we ordered takeout when we went in to pick up the order the place did seem very clean.

Careful. They added auto-gratuity without telling me and not providing me the detailed receipt. When I asked for details, bartender told me she needed manager approval to print receipt. Then explained they automatically add 20% when bill exceeds $100. I was a party of 3. ??? That's an odd business practice for sure. My inquiry the next day has not been responded to by management.

We have tried this place twice over the last few months- both times were a fail and unfortunately we will not be returning. We will start with the positives:*Lots of tv's.* Could accommodate larger parties.The short comings:* Food is sub pair, we ordered a pretzel and the dipping sauces were lacking to say the least. The queso was thin but okay but the beer cheese was disgusting in appearance and flavor. * We we're seated right under a vent, super uncomfortable to enjoy a meal. The place was completely empty so we could of been sat anywhere else.* Drinks took over 15 mins , mind you the place was dead - for a sports bar this was shocking on a Saturday night (game night). I ordered a French 75, so watery. * The majority of the servers were either taking breaks or seated at the bar chilling. There was one server whom you could tell cared and was taking care of her tables, unfortunately that was not our table. * The water we were severed had stuff in it. Not sure if it was the ice or the water source but disgusting. The place could be an amazing sport bar however could use a visit from John Taffer. We will only return if the bar takes new ownership! This is a warning for others to not go there!!

Reservation process is unnecessarily lengthy- you have to submit a request and wait for their confirmation, whenever that may be. Then, the place was absolutely dead when we got there. They accidentally poured the whole container of parsley on our pizza (which I understand accidents happen), but they had to make it all over and didn’t offer any sort of discount or compensation. Lastly, they included gratuity for our party of only 4 people, which was way higher than deserved. Not at all comparable to the other great restaurants in Royal Oak.

Had the absolute worst experience at this establishment, the staff I interacted with did not care one bit about me or my order, when the food finally did arrive we were less than surprised at the quality. Cold, subpar, and not tasty. Would not recommend to anyone, there are plenty of great other places to check out in Royal oak.
