Based upon the snarky responses the business has posted, I will never dine at Edo Ramen. Blaming a customer for food poisoning? How are you supposed to alert a staff member ahead of time if the food was contaminated? Furthermore, it doesn’t matter if one person or ten people complained. Any suggestion of food poisoning should be taken seriously and investigated. The customer obviously took the appropriate steps by trying to contact the restaurant about their experience. Even during these difficult times, small businesses don’t get a pass if they talk to customers this way. Greg Vartanian is one of the owners of Edo Ramen, and I would welcome receive a response from him.

Food is generally decent but when you get certain dishes for carry out (fried rice, udon noodles, for example) they put the hot food over very thin aluminum foil in a styrofoam container and it is nearly impossible to eat without getting often very small and hard to see pieces of foil in your food. I alerted management about it twice over a three-month period but don't think they care. They obviously have never tried their own carry out or they would make the change. Anyway, I'm done with carry outs from here but though I'd warn others.

I love this restaurant. They have traditional Japanese AND Filipino food. That’s why they’re “fusion”.We got lumpia, pancit, seafood ramen, mami, and lecho kiwali. Got turon and ube ice cream for dessert.Their drinks are awesome and dessert amazing too!

Real ramen does not serve with hard boiled eggs. If you are gonna intimate something, try to do it right. And the soup base is saltier than the Gulf of Mexico.

What's definitely a nice place to see a band up personal and up close The owner there is real nice guy he dealt with the issue that I had about the food and I appreciate it that would try again for sure everybody gets a second chance very friendly environment kind of interestingVegetarian options: Did have good options could have little more but it's kind of hard to please everybody but they do have the option to be vegan friendly which is cool

I arrived shortly after opening hours and I had no issue with parking. I was greeted quickly and asked to be seated at the bar. Service was fast and friendly. The Lechon was very good and rich! I enjoyed the Halo Halo and each spoonful hit the spot. It's nice having Filipino food options!
