I placed an on-line order at 0835 for pick up at 0900. I arrived at 0907 but the order still wasn't wasn't ready. I didn't receive my order until 0921. The restaurant was steady but not exceptionally busy or full. Perhaps they were short staffed in the kitchen today, but this location definitely needs better coordination so that orders are completed in a timely manner. Overall, I think that the floor design or layout of First Watch stores for the square footage that they typically occupy are not conducive to good work flow at all, and this may contribute to delayed order fulfillment.

I’ve ate at other First Watches…. Nice waitress but incapable. Food didn’t come together because she forgot to order. She never checked on us and the amount of bread that they gave for the avocado toast was about the size of a snicker bar. By the time she finally came back and I told her, it was gone. She had not refilled our pops which I had warned ahead of time I drink a lot. For 3.49 a drink you shouldn’t be without a drink. High end food and prices and horrible service are not a good combo. Obviously, bad management.

My first experience with First Watch was some years ago, in Pikesville, MD. I was so excited that they were building locations nearby in Michigan. This visit was just as nice. They were very busy (Saturday, lunch time), so our server was excused for not bringing a couple of items. Of course, it was a bit noisy, but the atmosphere was good. The food was very tasty & mine was dine exactly how I'd wanted it. We had a Salmon Benedict, a classic breakfast (eggs, artisans toast and seasoned potato bites). Coffee was great. I will absolutely return to this or another location.

very disappointed in the outcome of my carryout from here, the dine in experiences i’ve had were always good but this is the first time i’ve gotten carryout and this is the presentation and quantity they gave me.. doesn’t look appetizing or filling whatsoever. i ordered 2 and both looked the exact same. there was little to no quinoa and it was soaked in whatever sauce they put on the bowl.. also cold once i was able to get to it:/

The food is ok but it’s the waffles are overpriced at 12$ in my opinion and when I tried to ask why is it the same price as a meal the host was rude

Amber was an awesome server. This was my first time, she gave tips of popular items. I most definitely will be back!

I decided to try them for the 1st time on my way to work. I here a lot about them. Maybe there basic food items aren't what people are impressed with.I wish I never stopped there. Funny thing is while there was no one at the front area was gaining a crowd I was thinking maybe I should go elsewhere so that I am not late. I should've followed my 1st mind. A scrambled egg /w cheese. Cheesy grits and waffle was $20. The grits were tasteless even with the lump of cheese that's just sat atop. The eggs, bland, a solid mold not scrambled was like an omelet or fritatta again with bland cheese sat atop. Highly disappointed. Then there is the waffle. Tastes like nothing thank goodness for the syrup which was like a slime and the butter. Oh the the waffle had powdered sugar w/ cinnamon. I didn't read a menu so I didn't know that is how it came. I shook off as much of as I could. I think they use it and the fruit mix syrup(which I didn't try) to give the waffle some flavor that you don't get from the batter.

I visit every Monday to grab a carryout order for my elderly mother who lives across the street. A young lady with an infectious smile and an amazing attitude and great guest service always takes excellent care of me! Her name is Crystal and she is a superb ambassador to the company as she demonstrates the finer points of the guest experience on a daily basis. I would hire her in a New York second to be a team member at the restaurant that I’m the General Manager of. I truly hope they recognize what they have in Crystal and provide her with all the opportunities that she deserves and has created for herself on her own! Thank you Crystal for all that you do, they’re aren’t that many hospitality pros left in our god forsaken business and you are truly one of them!
