So this place is good and I was excited to see it. Come back to Royal Oak. Great beer selection as always, my wife loves the Oberon orange vanilla cream. However, the service was terrible. The server did not come for 10 minutes and then our waters took 20 minutes. Our food took at least 30 minutes and I ordered the loaded nachos and what I got was a dollop of cheese with a side of chips. It ruined the whole experience.

Stopped here while staying at a hotel nearby. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait but ended up getting seated in less than five minutes. (On a busy Saturday night). The host and waiter were extremely pleasant! Me and my guest had buffalo boneless wings, and the chicken tacos. Both were delicious! We also had a couple cocktails, which were also crafted perfectly! Overall, it was a great experience; one that I would definitely enjoy again!

The first time I went here I sat at the bar and was never even talked to for the 15 minutes I sat there. I walked out. The second time I went, I had to ask the server 4 times for an extra chair for a guest and he never got it, I had to get it myself. Afterwards I had to wave down our server again when we wanted to order food. I guess we just didn't exist to him. The food was pretty solid, but definitely not worth the wait.

Love this place! Great service and the food is always on point. The bartender, Kaysone, greets me by name, with a smile, and immediately stirs up my Old Fashioned just the way I like it. The Cowboy Burger is my go-to, never dissapoints. The head manager guy (K-something?) Is super cool and always checks in. What more could you ask for?

I went for a group dinner with my co-workers. The place was fairly quiet during our mid-week visit.My meal was prepared well and tasted great. Overall, the service was good. The service was four stars for the delays in checking on our table during the meal and getting checked out.

Couldn't order any " new " items on the menu because the pos system didn't have them... Asked for a water with my drink and never gor it...Ordered a salad with my burger, it didn't come... Burger was torched to heck.. bartender / server was aloof.... never checked back after dropping off drinks..

Completely unedible double smash burger on a gluten free bun. Bun was stale and hard as a rock and the burger meat was dry and 100% overcooked. Food quality 0/10. Will never be spending money at this restaurant again.

Had the breakfast burger, it was very good, they do two thin patties on most of the burgers so they are all well done but I didn’t mind. Beer was great too. Watched some college basketball there on a Friday night, only had to wait 5 minutes to get seated.
