We ordered a carry out which took them an hour to get together. The spinach salad was inedible and we threw it out. I called that evening and was told that in order to refund the cost we needed a manager and none was present. They took my name and number but I never received a call. Instead we went into the restaurant hoping to find a manager present. Of course not. So another person took our information and told us a refund would be processed within 7 to 10 days. That never happened. I would never go there again because of their total lack of customer service in this instance.

I am a doordash driver and I try to AVOID PICKING UP ORDERS HERE like the plague! After months of the same kind of attitude and service when I'm in there I'm FINALLY saying something about it!The servers would rather stand and chit chat about other employees than help customers, they are RUDE, they are SLOW and they straight up IGNORE you if you don't speak up. No one asks "can I help you", they just leave you standing there. So, today, I finally said, "hey, is their an Amanda order coming up?" Mind you, I LITERALLY had to Interrupt them gossiping and chatting to do so. Then the person at the register (Louis Vuitton beanie, super long eye lashes) grabs the bag and shoves it at me as she walks by. Then as I walk by her and her fellow employee....she goes, "that one got an attitude!!" SO, an attitude is me wanting THE EMPLOYEES to do THEIR JOBS and assist customers. Oh well. I'll continue to make complains as high up as I have to go. What a terrible way to run a business!
The hot dogs ? are A++. Excellent meat sauce and toppings. The Greek food was disappointing; if you’re buzzed and hungry after 2am maybe it’ll hit the spot but that pastichio tasted like a cheap Stouffers copy. Omelets we’re good here.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is easily the worst Coney Island I’ve ever encountered. Only been inside once - staff and service was awful when it wasn’t even busy. Took forever for a waitress to come to our table with nearly nobody in the restaurant. Ordered takeout from them today and order was completely messed up. Items wrong and missing items. I was then told there’s “nothing they could do” about my order being messed up because “they don’t have a manager there”.
