Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Sausage egg muffin and the new maple chicken with egg. You can say that these were the worst pre-made sandwiches I've ever ate. Speedway nasty ones are better. For a place that charges sky rocket pricess should just eliminate food from their menu.

I waited fifteen minutes until I was second in line only for them to shout "CASH ONLY" and not have alternatives. Wasted 15 minutes of my life.

I came to the Beaumont Starbucks when my mom was in the hospital. There was a long line, but it moved much more quickly than I would have expected. The staff was very kind and efficient, and my order was made right. It was so much appreciated. Thank you!

Just expect your drink to taste horrible and take an incredibly long time. Waste of money and the atmosphere is very crowded for such a lousy drink.

Not the most friendliest place to be. The lid on my coffee wasn't tight, so the cup dropped and spilled everywhere. The girl, behind the counter just huffed and said, rudely "what coffee did you have". Not concerned that I had hot coffee all over me, ruined my suit and burned my hands. Raciest!!

In an effort to speed things up they continuously give me poorly made drinks that have been sitting. To pay that much money in hopes of having a little treat and get watery flavorless coffee you could have got at the gas station is ridiculous. Hey Starbucks I know how long it takes the cold foam to incorporate into my drink and it's not the 10 seconds it takes for you to hand it to me. You should be ashamed.

Always good service.... when they're actually open. They seem to forget that there's a night shift staff that works the hospital. The sign says they close at 6 but when I get here at 530 they've been closed. Really disappointing that I can't get a coffee to make it through a 12 hour overnight shift.

Update 2021: Well it’s been four years of going to this place and it still has not gotten better. This place just seems to have complete lack of management and the workers are probably overworked, leading to mistakes. Between the shellshocked register people and minimally trained baristas, you’re lucky if they get your order correct 50% of the time. They just seem to add random things to your drink that you never ordered whether it’s whip cream, caramel, 8 ounces of half-and-half- it’s just wild. Overall I’m still thankful to have a Starbucks in the hospital, but it’s going to be plain coffee from here from now on.
