I didn’t get her name, but the lady with short hair and glasses was very rude and dismissive. Relatively quick service as usual, but she had an attitude towards customers for seemingly no reason. Acted like she didn’t want to be there. I usually have a very pleasant experience at this location, but it seems that some poor hiring choices were made recently. Hopefully this trend does not continue.

I just ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe and it tasted nothing like it. It looks nothing like it. Dissatisfied and disappointed and won’t be returning. It didn’t even have coffee in it. The one that I always order does. Poor service.

This is the BEST STARBUCKS in the Detroit area. My drinks are always right and the customer service is always on point as well. Even when thy are busy, they still keep everything togetherParking: That parking lot can be a lot, but a lot of that is people park kinda stupid in the lot as well...
Never again.....Lack of accountability, professionalism & knowledge of how customer service really works! Beware of some of the staff poor listening skills & lack of training! I'll leave it at that...Parking: Just a tight area with multiple businesses!

Seems like they never get the order right. 3 times in a row and 3 strikes. When u order lemonade and they forget to add lemonade its time to stop going there. Seems like this franchise is on the decline as a whole.
