Went through the drive thru. What can I say it is Tavo Bell. The food is barely ok. What is throwing me off is for such poor quality food, fast food, it has become kinda pricey. $2 for a taco that is one of the smallest tacos out there. Small in size and filing portion.

The hours are NOT correct. Placed order online, wouldn’t work. They are open. I Called they answered and said 10am. I drive up, see an indian inside and he didn’t answer the drive thru. I drove up to the window and he said they aren’t open. I’m def calling corporate for the inconvenience because you’re disrespectful

Was involved in a hit and run in the parking lot here. I want to shout out William as he came out at about 10:45pm and got on the phone with the area manager and was able to pull footage for the police. The young man deserves a raise or at the very least some recognition for going above and beyond. Terrance and Diamond were also working and were very understanding and sympathetic. After dealing with everything for nearly an hour, they let me come in and order my food and took care of it for me.Everything that was done wasn't required or expected and I strongly believe in this day and age most people wouldn't have bothered. At the very least, here's a solid review and hopefully someone helps you all down the road in a moment of need. Much appreciated and thank you for turning a bad situation into an easier one. Good luck to you all!

Terrible, unorganized chaos. Waited over 20 minutes to get an order.
In the world of Taco Bells, this one is decidedly average, even after the remodel.The service is sometimes good, but other times slow... the line sometimes goes halfway down 11 Mile because the workers ask the person ordering to wait to pull forward to game their metrics, and the food is usually sloppily made, even for Taco Bell standards.

I don't usually write reviews about fast food. But the woman who is managing tonight is exemplary. Great customer service, she should be training all customer service employees everywhere. It'd rare you take much notice of a taco bell but the fact you know she will take care of you if something goes wrong will make me go out of my way to shop at this taco bell when I want taco bell for dinner.

While I understand the other negative reviews, that was not my experience. I order from here about once a week or once every other week. I've not had any issues, except the drive thru telling me to come inside to pickup DoorDash orders.Also, my cat thought this order was hers.

Cold. Soggy. No cheese barely. Worse taco bell experience!! I can spend 20 bucks. Family taco night amd make em. Other than 50 bucks for garbage tb!! Horrible
