Young’s Chinese Food Carryout is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Detroit area. Friendly and fast service! Called on a Saturday night to order dinner, they said it would be 20 minutes. I got there in 15 and the food was ready, and the man at the counter was so polite. The Lo Mein and General Tso’s was DELICIOUS. It wasn’t too sweet like most Chinese restaurants, and it was perfectly seasoned. I can’t wait to go back. It’s my new go-to spot for Chinese takeout!!!! The egg rolls and spring rolls are also delicious!

I order takeout regularly & enjoy the shrimp fried rice, spring rolls, General Tsao, Peppered steak. Delivery is fast (within 20-30 mins) if it’s not rush hour on weekends. It’s close to me & I enjoy the quality of the food. So does my husband. Looking forward to comin in & sampling other dishes too!

Roasted pork egg foo yung had almost no meat and that pork is cheap it comes in a bag I worked at the wok at 2/.van dyke fir years. The chicken sub gum griss. There is no place fir green pepper in chicken subgum at all.
It's too bad this place doesn't have an expansive dining room, with cheap red vinyl seats, and fake gaudy dragons and such in a lobby with unnecessary fountains. I absolutely love the food here, and the staff could not be nicer. Some of the best Americanized Chinese food I've ever had. I love it and I'm sorry only that I haven't discovered it until recently. The sweet and sour pork was so tender and perfectly cooked, and I would be surprised if the sauce wasn't made from scratch in the back. It was the best I've ever put in my mouth.
Food is old, made my stomach nauseated. Won't be back.

Went for the first time about a week ago and was impressed on how good the food was! Got the Sesame Chicken meal/combo (whichever one comes with fried rice) and added chicken to the fried rice. Everything was fresh and delicious! My only issue is I was not informed of a $4.00 upcharge to add chicken to the rice, so the price on the phone quickly jumped to almost $20 in store! lol But other than that, I will definitely return
