The Korean tacos and crispy shrimp taco I had from the food truck were delicious and fresh. My partner enjoyed their birria cheesesteak as well. The Korean tacos had a nice level of spice, although my Godzilla dawg lacked bacon and could have used more sauce. Despite this, it lived up to its name by being quite large. Overall, it was a positive experience for a food truck. Like that the menu changes and they try fresh new ideas and delicious choices in food keep up the good work guys!

Good food, just wish they offered flour tortillas, wife can eat corn so she can't get the tacos.

I ordered the beef birria tacos and the godzilla dog.The birria tacos were decent for the most part. It had a good ratio of meat and cheese. The meat was smoky and flavorful. The consume was plain and watered down. The guacamole had good flavor and the salsa was good. The godzilla dog was lack luster. It had so much potential with all of the toppings! It is a hot dog wrapped in bacon, topped with kimchi, Korean pork, cilantro, and sauce. The kimchi by itself had no flavor, just a hint of spice with a crunch, not the spicy, sour, salty flavor of kimchi. The sauce was bland. The bun was good but I felt it overpowered the whole experience and made the hot dog bland.

Hands down the best food truck in the Tri-cities. I cannot say enough about the amazing food that this man can cook. Let's start with their breakfast burritos, I recommend the chorizo burrito OMG OUT OF THIS WORLD!! not a breakfast fan? Well you are in luck because the list of delicious food doesn't just stop with breakfast. Pick anything from their menu from the chicken sandwich with his homemade slaw, or the Korean tacos, or the Shrimp tacos (my daughters personal favorite), you will not be disappointed. So, if you have been thinking about trying this food truck wait no further. Look them up on Facebook find out where they will be set up and support this local business. Trust me you will glad you did.
