What an amazing little restaurant in Saginaw! The open atmosphere is quite unique with the kitchen in the open where we can watch the chefs cook! Our waitress (I can't recall her name) was wonderful! Very intelligent about the menu and helped convince me to order the Pot Roast. The Pot Roast was amazing, it's worth trying! The mussels were also an amazing appetizer.

Tonight was my first time at Artisan Urban Bistro and I will absolutely be back soon! We had wonderful service, one of the best meals of my life, and fabulous house-made wine. Indecently good. Spicy sausage is a snappy skinned delicate divinity. I don’t know if they braze the sauce pot with marrow or witchcraft but I considered eating the empty plate. Sneak a beer from the back alleyway that leads to the brewery and be ready for a good

This place is above and beyond for the restaurants around Saginaw. They have a truly unique rotating menu. The owner / head chef herself greeted us and checked on how our food was. It’s very clear that she cares and that she creates an environment that makes her employees care as well. The food was of a quality that I haven’t seen since before Covid. Next time I’m in Saginaw this will be a must stop!
I had an amazing dinner with great friends. Our service from Alice was amazing. The owner took time out of her busy night to walk around and chat with all of us diners. She is Amazing. Great food. Fantastic Staff and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely willbe back.

Food was very good owner needs manners. You don't yell at customers. I don't work there and don't know protocol. I will say food was so good but I can't stand that owner. wait staff felt bad for us...best mussels I have ever had. If the owner would stay home I would come back.

The food was ok. I ordered Blok's Hot Mess. I ate less than half of my meal it was less flavorful than I anticipated. Artisan Urban Bistro opened to customers at 10:00am my friend and I arrived at 10:15 and the restaurant was freezing for the first half hour. This coming from someone who keeps her house between 60 and 65° in the winter. It eventually warmed up once more patrons arrived.

The food was amazing! Everything, from the menus to the art, it was beautiful. The owner was so personable and an absolute sweetheart. Our waitress Alice checked in just the right amount, was sweet, and did a wonderful job. Overall a great place for my husband and I to spend brunch and I can’t wait to go again! Highly recommend the Churro Waffles!
