I have loved A&W ever since I was around 4 years old and that's as long as I can remember but I have now disliked the end of you root beer since I got it and a place that I stopped at not too long ago in lower Michigan I will never buy A&W Root Beer again from them they gave it to me in a plastic bag basically with a lid I don't have any pictures of it right now but to say the least it look like a catheter with a lid and it had KFC on the front instead of A&W can all of the Fizz...read full review
We went to the KFC side and the service was atrocious. There was no one at the pay window, it took them awhile to get there. We got to the pickup window and waited for almost 20 minutes for them to bring our order. That was the worst crew of workers I have ever seen. Sorry to say they were all black young people. They need better training. I will not visit that location for a long time.

The food we received was received was dry, bland, and just slopped together.I grew up eating at A&W in Lexington, Michigan. The food there has always been nothing short of exceptional. This place here is an embarrassment to the entire A&W franchise.The guy working drive thru was very polite.
