Went to burger King around 5 pm. Only 2 cars ahead of me. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for the whole process. 3 cars left behind me. They don't seem to care anymore about customer service. Probably won't go back for awhile. Not fast food anymore. Called the number on the receipt and it is not a valued number. What a joke.

Stopped in while on a very long road trip with a long time friend. We were both serviced immediately and treated respectfully. Unfortunately the cashier must have misheard me and added an onion ring I didn't intend to order. Must have been destiny though because they were the best onion rings I've ever had from Bk.Kid-friendliness: One of the few remaining Burger Kings with an indoor playground for children of all ages. It appeared to be well maintained as far as sanitation, structural integrity and that's what I'm concerned with when it comes to my child. Definitely an asset for them.
It's definitely better than it was 2 years ago 8.5/10 ?They're still crazy people outside, though ?

I'm not one to leave bad reviews. And I have not been to BK in a while because the food is not great. But I went here Aug 24 2023 to give it another shot. And I was thoroughly disappointed and reminded why I don't go to BK ANYMORE. New chicken wrap are a 3rd of a normal chicken wrap. I got it with a meal. What is a 3 dollar item turned into 9 dollars. This location gave me a small order (which I did not ask for) and no bq sauce ( which I did ask for) .Yet people wonder why BK is going out of business.
