This was our first time eating here and the youg boy that took our order at 7:58 pm was nice. We got our order in a timely manner to dine in. While eating our dinner Marcy told us at about 8:15 pm the dining room was closed and we needed to leave. We told her we were about done and we will be leaving soon. She left to the back and when she came back out she yelled at us again and said we had 5 mins to finish up and leave because they had to close up. We told her we will not be back and she said that's fine. We left at 8:20 pm and upon leaving the door said they closed at 9. The food was really good. Dining room wasn't the cleanest and that service was extremely uncalled for. We paid with a credi card and my husband left them a $5 cash tip.
The food is always great when we go there to eat. The staff is very friendly also.

Sandwich was pretty disappointing... had a little amount of meat, maybe 2 pieces of mushrooms, maybe a piece or 2 of green pepper and only one half had cheese on it. The man taking orders was very friendly, tables were sorta clean. This place seems like it could have great potential just not there yet though. Cook staff needs more training on disbursing even portions and making a Sandwich look like a Sandwich you want to eat

I ordered a delivery first the food was not put together correctly. Secondly I did not receive my fries or drinks just my sandwiches and I am not a happy camper. I order from postmates (Uber eats) and my delivery was horrible and the restaurant did not make my order correctly. I requested a refund from postmates but I was advised the store declined that request and I am not happy at all! NEVER REQUEST A REFUND FROM A DELIVERY PLATFORM AND NEVER ORDER FROM A SLOPPY PLACE I WAS NOT HAPPY AND THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION THAT WAS HORRIBLE THATS WHY IM UPSET!

This place always packs your sandwich with plenty of meat plenty of cheese and plenty of onions if my memory serves right. It's been a couple months since I last had Charlie's. The only downfall is that the fruity style lemonade like raspberry lemonade or strawberry lemonade etc they sometimes do not have it, but I'd be even happier if they did. If it's on the menu you should have it there. I could make my rating a 5-star rating just based on that. 3 star service rating until conditions improve.

So I can't comment on the food because I never got any. I went in and you know how you just get the feeling that your being an inconvenience. That's how I felt. No one greater or even looked up. I asked the guy at the register to give me a second because I had never been there. I didn't ask for a few minutes. He turned around did something. By that time I had made up my mind. But then he just walked in the back room. The girl working in the station next to him never looked up. I stood there maybe a minute being ignored so I left. Went to a competitor got greated by the whole whole staff when I walked through the door. When I told the person I had never been there she told me about the menu and even her favorite sandwich. I will definitely go back there ..

My experience is based off ordering via #doordash as a heads up.I ordered the large Bacon 3 cheesesteak, regular Oldschool cheesesteak, ultimate fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything arrived in perfect order, even with my ranch on the side! It was a delicious meal shared with my husband for our anniversary.I recommend giving Charleys a try if you enjoy cheesesteak :)
