The food isn't bad, but the employees at this location are the worst of the worst. (2) subs and (2) fries and it took nearly a HALF HOUR! And that is partially because they gave my fries to another customer! And you know why that happened? Because the employees wouldn't stop talking and going on about their personal lives. They were not paying ANY attention, and one of them kept going to the back. Horrible horrible service!

This place is amazing. I have never had any issues with this place. The manager Megan is the best employee in the whole place. She runs a great crew. I would love to have an employee like that who makes it their job to sell and enjoy the product with no complaints. I came one day to find her cleaning the sneeze guard herself. She is an A+ manager and employee running things by example not just barking orders. Will continue to go back again and again.

I used to work in Saginaw and would eat Charley's every week or so. I got a new job and in a different city because of this I forgot why I don't order the large sandwich. It's just so much food! On the other hand leftovers are great. I have never been disappointed by the staff always very friendly.
