The food is just not good. Quality over time has went down. I also feel the food is never cooked properly. Used to be one of my favorites too. I'm kinda saddened by it. The service is good and staff is nice. Alcoholic beverages are good
Hadn't been here in years and I was surprised I really liked the food this time around. I had the burger with the secret sauce and I was very surprised how big my burger was. The sauce was more of a sweet mustard so I had it served on the side. The meat was delicious and moist. Fries were soft and toasty. The service was awesome, too. Our server was friendly and attentive to our needs. It was great overall!

We had good service until it came to pay the bill. The waitress asked if she could keep the change from the bill. My husband told her no but he left her a tip and she picked it up and then put it back down and said no thanks u keep it. Very rude. Doubt if we would go back a tip is a tip if that's all we could handle that's it.

Christie is an awesome waitress. She has been my server every time I’ve visited the Saginaw location and I thoroughly enjoy having her as a waitress. She is very attentive but not over bearing. I honestly don’t want another waitress here, I’ve never had as good of service from a waitress before. Christie you’re amazing, keep it up girl! Will for sure be requesting you always!

I lived in Saginaw my whole life I had never been to chills before today and I wish I kinda went soon everything was so good yummy I’m a foodie type of girl the customer service was top tier everyone was super kindly & kind I came with my 9 month old baby girl it was very kid friendly she loved the mashed potatoes 10/10 highly would recommend I will be back soonParking: A lot of parking spacesKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly they have little tablets on the table for kids can play games on high chairs & booster seats

It was a while since we had been in Chili's. The surprise is that it is even better than it was the last time, which was delicious then! The appetizers are great. The entrée are fantastic. We were too full for dessert. We will be back, for sure.
