The food from here is always fine. But your customer service is horrendous. I placed an order for pickup at 5pm. I came in at 5pm to pick up my order. The lady with the short red/purple hair looked for my order, then said she had nothing on that name. I made a phone call and she finally found it. She had been swearing non stop while in the kitchen, by the counter talking to her co workers. Incredibly unprofessional. She was also sitting on her cellphone. Not once did I see her wash her hands as she went from the counter, to her purse, to packing pizzas in boxes. Absolutely discusting. At 5:15pm they just got my items in the oven. By no means should my 5pm pick up just start to be made at 5pm. They were not busy, there was employees just standing around.This place seems to continue to go down hill and it looks like it's because management is not holding their employees accountable. My order was given to me at 5:25pm. That's an incredible 25 minutes late for a pick up that was placed many hours earlier today. Way to lose customer satisfaction.

Ordered doordash but when received I opened my boxes to find my 3 ranches I paid for were 98% empty. Whoever was working did this intentionally. There was literally a half oz in each cup. Wouldn't recommend buying from the Saginaw Mi store. Maybe not from any store.

service has taken a sharp dive in the last couple months. I work next door and order food for my employees every Saturday because its usually fast, the food is good and they give a discount for working in the same plaza. but 2 weeks ago my pizzas were dropped on the ground obviously and picked back up but were wrecked. now this week the manager in the store argued with me about the discount I've received for 2 years, and basically called me a liar. then the manager and obviously very new employee couldn't figure out how to look me up in the system even though I've been coming here for 2 years till I heard them getting upset with each other over the phone and I just hung up. in the last month ive also had multiple personal orders messed up as well. I dont think i will be ordering from the restaurant anymore.

I ordered through DoorDash. They told my dasher to apologize for the huge thick tomatoes they were cut wrong.It ruined the pizza already and on top of paying $30 for one pie, they didn’t put any of the ingredients on it. The tomatoes were so soggy they caused the pizza to be soggy and all of the cheese fell off the pizza.I called to talk the manager just to tell her she may not want to use those tomatoes…and I feel like this could have been avoided if the mistake of the tomatoes was fixed before they ever made it to the pizza.

I ordered a pizza for delivery on Friday evening. The pizza arrived in about an hour and the delivery driver apologized for taking so long.The pizza was good and they didn't mess anything up. They omitted banana peppers and added green peppers per my request. The crust, sauce and toppings were all satisfactory. I enjoyed my pizza.

If I could give this a negative star I would give two negative First time here asked for a deep dish Did not even resemble a deep dish It had crust completely around and was burnt The dough was about an inch thick with a very thin layer of sauce and cheese I ordered 3 toppings there was about 3 of each on each slice. Worst pizza I have ever tasted About one of the employees was using profanity as in What the F**k DiGiorno pizza at the grocery store would of been a one star compared to this

I paid 3.50 for a smashed cookie. I got my mom a chicken pita. The pita was so soggy and mushy. I got a chicken parm sub. The chicken was old and it soggy as well. Poor quality. Both items were rushed, I could so tell. Not really that big of a deal, but I was disappointed.
