I talked to one of the ladies on the phone the lady was very rude and disrespectful when I ask if they deliver to my place ....I have never been more disrespected in my entire and not to mention the lady also decided just hang up on me which was highly rude and disrespectful

I am breaking my three visits rule to post this now. They have been good to us here and have given us great deals every time. They have been quick always. The food is great. We found them to be very generous with cheese and try to be accommodating to people who are slowly becoming vegetarian.

I ordered online, paid online and selected car side delivery since I had my kiddos in the car, which worked out great! The worker was very friendly, kind and polite, which is much appreciated in a world full of mean and uncaring people. I ordered a couple of the 3 topping large pizza deal for $7.99. The pizza was amazingly delicious! Even with a 20 minute car ride home my pizza was still hot. Great job BV Domino's!

Ordered over $100 in food for child's birthday today. Pizza came without cheese one ine and another without sauce. Called store and their only response was come get another one. So tired of return trips to this store for their mistakes. Not leaving child's party because of your mistake. Poor service.

The one in buena vista is really bad. I get pasta from there and it comes out cold.. how does pasta that has just come out of the oven cold. And have the time I pay for extra sauce and they forget it. They need new management really bad. Or they are closed down and never have a sign for why

We made the mistake of trying this location, since it's closer to home than State Road.. Absolute worst customer service, ever. Had it delivered, and it took forever. Please, DO NOT waste your time or money giving this place business! You can get better pizza for cheaper, down the road at the dollar tree. ? I have no idea how this place is in business anymore.

Never answer the phone, they smoke pot in the back room, no one is ever up front! They either over cook the pizza and bread bites or they are raw and soaked in butter or they will mix in day old bread bites.. and honestly all the workers look like they found them under a bridge beside a girl and one guy that work there! DO NOT BUY PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE

My order said it was delivered an hour before actually being to my house, wrong, cold, and incomplete. I had to drive to the store for a refund because they didn't pick up the phone. When I got there the phone was off the hook and it sounded like a trap house ?. A kid jumped off one of the prep counters that he was sitting on and gave me. Refund. What a waste of time.
That was kind of busy in an organized and you could see that and they progress but overall my pizza taste like it was supposed to and had his ingredients like it was supposed to so I guess I can't really complain to visit the busy atmosphere but they need to stay focused and get it together

I was giving this Domino's a second chance after 6 months, and once again, it is taking a long time to get my order. According to their tracker app, my order has been out of the oven over a half an hour before it is out for delivery. My previous order took several hours, so needless to say, it will be quite a long time before I give them a chance again.

Food arrived about 30 minutes late, never got one of our items we ordered. The food is all cold. The sandwich I ordered was burnt badly. Dixie needs a new staff crew because they have gone down hill horribly.

I ordered online to get the 5.99 2 or more deal order 2 pan pizzas. The web page doesn't let you choose no cheese (diary allgery). So I called and asked if they could keep it off. They said that they would when I went to get it the guy that was there even said they remade it and took the cheese off cause they had already started it. Then fast forward to getting it home the pizza is literally riddled with cheese. So I called they left me on hold for and hour then hung up the phoneUpdate: I ordered at 615. Now it's 1215 and they are telling me there's nothing they can do about even though I've been calling since 7 they had me on hold for an hour several times to just hang up on me. I go to the store they say there's nothing they can do about it
