We have used From Scratch twice now for our annual fund raiser at Mid-Michigan Children's Museum. The guests raved about the food! For our 2024 event, we added an additional 100 guests as compared to 2023, and we believe the food was partially responsible for the increase. We will be using them again --- so easy to work with From Scratch!

We hired From Scratch to cater our wedding in June 2023 and it was the absolute best decision. From the first email to the last plate, everything was first class. Ryan and his team met and truly exceeded every expectation. Our wedding was in early June and by the end of wedding season, all of our close friends and family agreed that our food was still the best. Our wedding was about an hour and a half away from the From Scratch normal operating area and you would never have known that they traveled with everything. There was not one single detail missed. Timing was perfect, food was delicious, the drinks flowed, and Ryan was a masterful conductor through it all. We can not thank them enough and would not hesitate to use them in the future. Simply outstanding.

The hot pretzel bar late night snack was AMAZING! Ryan even met me by my house to give me the linens so we could decorate early up north, above and beyond!

The food was the best that I’ve eaten in a long time!!!I have food allergies so sometimes it’s hard to know what I can and cannot eat at events like weddings. The staff was amazing and so knowledgeable about the ingredients they were using! A wonderful lady also helped me at the end of the night by contacting her manager to make sure I could have the taco bar food! She was kind, considerate and went above and beyond for me!Jenna did a fabulous job bartending! She was so kind, sweet and fun! She was wonderful!I recommend this company for everyone!

From Scratch did a phenomenal job with our fundraising gala for the second year in a row. Our guests loved everything from sushi to sliders to shooters to ice-cream and cookies. Presentation, service and flavors were superb. We will definitely book them again for next year.

They catered our wedding at The Treasury. Food was amazing, I had guests coming up all night raving about the food. We had 230 people and opted for the buffet style meal. Since we knew it would take a while to get through the buffet, we added a plated Michigan salad and bread at the table for the guests to munch on while they waited their turn. We had a lot of dietary restrictions such as vegetarian and bean/nut allergy. All guests with dietary restrictions received a plated meal to fit their dietary restriction for no additional charge. This was a huge plus, so we did not have to change the buffet choices to fit all dietary restrictions.The staff was amazing, and every guest received exceptional customer service with a smile.Late night we opted for their flatbread pizza, and everyone LOVED it. It was the perfect snack for guests to munch on after having a few drinks.At the end of the night, they sent all leftovers with my family so we could continue to enjoy the next day!
