I love this location and order from it frequently. At least once a month to as often as once a week. Jimmy Johns is the best chain sandwich shop, in my opinion. I can really never go wrong with it so if I can’t make up my mind on what I want I order from here. My order is always correct, delivery instructions are always followed and the people here are very nice. The delivery times are never too long unless I order right at the peak of their dinner or lunch rush, but that’s to be expected.Really, the only feedback/complaint I have is that the amount of avocado you give for $1.50 is just absurd lmao i had to do a double take when I pulled it out of the bag, It wasn’t even enough for my sandwich. At least make sure you’re giving people enough for their sandwich if you’re going to be charging the price of a full avocado for a little cup.

I couldn't imagine a better group of people. They all were so pleasant n helpful n I really felt like they cared. The food came out even before I ordered because the young man asked if he could start something while I waited to order. My sandwich (JJ Garg) was delicious & perfect as usual. The whole experience just put me in a better than usual mood ?
I quit ordering because of slow delivery times. Tried again today and over an hour to make and deliver one sandwich less than 2 miles away.

I ordered ONE sandwich and waited over an hour for my food to be made and delivered. I called twice in an hour and was told my sandwich was out for delivery both times, but I only live 5 minutes away from the store.

Ordered my food at 11:30 it is now 1:15 and I still have not received my food I called at 12:50 and was told it was out for delivery I am 3 blocks away from Jimmy John's I was told she could void my order I wanted they normally don't issue refunds even though I'm sure my lunch is going to be disgusting by the time I get it what will be worse is that my lunch is going to be over and I still have not ate this is ridiculous

I ordered food at 11:40am and didn't receive my order for over an hour. It took so long that I couldn't even eat my food during my lunch break at work even though I ordered it well in advance. I even called the was store at 12:30 asking where my order was and was going to cancel it but they said it was on the way. And it was another 10-15 minutes before the driver showed? How is that freaky fast? My job is so close I can see the store from the parking lot. I could have walked there, made my own food, walked back, and still have enough time to eat my lunch. Jimmy would have wanted better. My sandwich was soggy and the wheat bread crust was over cooked and hard. Lettuce tasted bad like they used yesterday's leftovers. Will never order here again.
